I exist, I think. I like lots of things...... You might just have to read my stuff to understand. 👍
I do not take commissions, especially not from accounts with zero posts/reposts and no profile pic.
I post stories and I think I'll keep the titles here with the fandom next to it. If I do manage to finish one of these stories, then I'll write it by the name.
I didn't think that I could actually make horror, but I think I did it all right! I have a really over reactive imagination, so that + being a night owl + having to turn off all the lights and then walk in the dark upstairs and into my room really makes me worry. I always imagine that there is a monster looking at me in the shadows and it makes me scared. It really doesn't help that there is a creepy dark hallway across from my room. My drawings have officially been one of those irrational fear monsters my brain creates. :D
Extra info about the au below! ↓
Story info:
This takes place right before the School of Friendship.
The story will be told from a primarily written format, possibly with drawings every now and then. I'm shit at comics and they take forever for me to do.
You might get occasional notes (like these ones) made by Bubbly with new information.
Videos are almost definitely not going to exist unless someone else wants to make it.
General info:
I am purely making this for funsies. PLEASE don't harass me for shit, bro. I hope that's not too much to ask. 🥺
If you have any questions, I will give answers as long as it doesn't spoil the story. Also, I would be delighted to hear theories as we go along. :3
If this does become popular, but I get bored/give this up, I will not be bullied to rush out an ending. If people try, Imma just tell them to fuck off, respectfully.
I'm still going to be trying to work on other things, so don't expect regular uploads. I will try to post something in relation to this au fairly frequently, though.
Hehe! This is one of the few personal things I'll share with y'all.
Anyways, I hope y'all enjoy being gay. Peppercorn says gay is okay. It's a cat, tho, so I'm kinda just making that up. He may be homophobic , I honestly don't know. :D
So, I'm probably going to make the mlp infection au. I've already made the main character and I'm working out the kinks of the story. I'm shit at horror though.. but I'll try my hardest. 💖
Anywho, this is BubblyPop
She hails from Zecora's homelands as part zebra part earth pony (aka, why she has a cutie mark). Her official lore outside of the au is that while she grew up in the savannahs of the Zebra Kingdom outside of Equestria, she decided to explore the land outside of her hometown. She became nomadic until she entered Equestria and met other ponies. She eventually settled in PonyVille under the apprenticeship of Zecora, where she discovered a passion in potion making.
Sooooooo. I have the urge to make a mlp infection au. I already have an infection and stages and shit. I JUST NEED TO MAKE THE CHARTS AND FIGURE OUT THE STORY. CHAT SHOULD I DO IT? IT WON'T TAKE LONG. I SWEAR.
I always like to put my characters with and without wings because I usually draw their whole bodies and then the wings, so I like to add the detail.
Also, I don't see many RainWing ocs with adjectives for names. Like, there are so many good ones! I wanna make an OC named Radiant. :3
Anyways, they are one of the RainWings who were kidnapped by the NightWings and survived. They actually appear in my story, Tendrils of Steam, and are fairly reoccurring. A few tidbits of their lore (which may be spoilers if you want to read the story. It isn't too bad, though [I don't think].):
They had to get their leg amputated after an escape attempt that ended up with their foot tripping into the lava.
They struggle with eating and sleeping, which makes their color changing abilities a bit duller and harder to maintain and keeps them thinner.
They left the RainWing village after their rescue because they couldn't bear to live with the NightWings or other RainWings.
They struggle with trusting other NightWings, especially those who seem very proud of their lineage.
They usually act pretty chipper and excitable, but they can't help feeling ugly.
I really like the blade at the end of her tail that is meant to replace her barb and I think she's a cool character! Sorry that I made her underbelly a bit lighter, I was struggling because the base and underbelly colors were very alike and I didn't have anything to separate them. I also drew my Sky/Ice hybrid, Steam, who is fairly small compared to the average SkyWing dragonet. :3
(He's also like...4 or 5.)
Anyways, I really liked drawing TigerEye and if anyone else wants me to draw their wof character, I'll gladly accept.
Wsg. A lot of people liked my analysis of Sunny in WoF... now let me tell you about my thoughts of Mlp alicorns and gen 5.
Soooooo, I hate gen 5. I don't care much about the characters–I just wish that they were more complex and/or fleshed out past their typical stereotypes. What I DON'T like, is how they changed the lore.
I kind of like what they did with each pony tribe, and I think it's fascinating with how they portrayed the change to each tribe (I also like the 'jinx' thing that they did to the unicorns, it's fun). They did the typical lesson of: "don't be racist, because we're still all ponies", but gen 4 did that too, so yuh. It highkey pissed me off how they did the alicorns, though.
I firmly believe that Celestia and Luna were NOT born alicorns. When FlurryHeart was born, Celestia said that the birth of an alicorn had never been recorded in history. If Celestia and Luna were born unicorns, THEY WOULD HAVE BEEN DOCUMENTED!
That's why it pissed me off that they just decided to make up: "oh yeah, there's like.. another world or some shit. Idk man." Like... WE DIDN'T NEED TO FIND OUT WHERE ALICORNS CAME FROM. WE. KNOW. THEY'RE MADE. FLURRY HEART WAS AN EXCEPTION.
Anyways, this is dumb and genuinely so irrelevant. :3
(P.S. I don't mind aus and personal headcannons, that's all cool, I just dislike the whole thing about "Woah! We didn't know where alicorns came from before this! Crazy and wild information!" when we were told about where Alicorns came from a couple of times in the show.)
(P.S.S. I'm sillyyyyyyyyyy and forgot that this was actually a post I made a while agooooo.)
I'm an atheist, but I still like the idea of heaven and hell to be used in stories, so I kind of made my own version.
This rendition uses three different worlds to create the land of the dead. Yesterday's post was about heaven, so today's is about 'hell'.
The UnderWorld
This realm is where demons usually reside, ruled over by Trixa, the Lord of the UnderWorld and Goddess of Death and Malevolence. It's located far beneath the ground, but both Trixa and her sister, Carora's magic gives it light and just enough life to keep it just barely thriving. While Trixa is meant to supervise her realm, she does it as little as possible.
1. Demons
There are many, MANY different kinds of demon–as well as multiple different hybrids, and instead of labelling everyone, they are separated into 4 tiers.
1st Tiers: Humans who have passed away that have committed more minor or who have done bad actions that can be forgiven. Most often, these 'sins' can be treated in a way, such as addiction that has led to the harm of others and other negative actions that can be repented for. These demons can ascend with a trial to become a dark angel. Generally speaking, these demons have little to no magical ability.
2nd Tiers: Humans who have passed away that have committed very very bad crimes that cannot be (easily) repented for. These demons have a very very slim chance of ascension, but most don't care to try and instead stay in the UnderWorld. This tier is slightly more powerful than 1st tiers and will always have a magical ability.
3rd Tiers: Demons born in the UnderWorld. They can be born from any tier and their abilities stem from the abilities of their parents. They cannot ascend at all, as Rhysoe deems them "plagued with sin from birth" and believes that they will never be able to be good. This tier can be summoned to the human world with the right conjuring spell.
4th Tiers: Demons who were made in the UnderWorld, but not born from any other tier. This tier consists of every creature that resides in the vast lands of the UnderWorld. Dragons, hellhounds (with multiple subspecies), carnivorous plants.
2. Civilization
The land of the UnderWorld is made of many different biomes, but demons have made well with all that they have. Some civilizations are based on monarchies, some are completely anarchist, others are run by gang districts. It all comes down to who got there first and what they did with the land.
3. Trixa's Palace
Unlike her sister, Rhysoe, Trixa lives in a castle with her children, Albtraum, Char, and (sometimes) Gretta. She usually resides in her palace and doesn't really watch over her realm unless a demon escapes and she has to coordinate with her sister to put them back. Otherwise, she's in the human realm being mischievous (and maybe, maybe not creating demigods with humans) or lazing in her luxurious palace.
Once again, if anyone has questions, I'm happy to answer! :3
Today, I'm going to discuss my version of heaven and hell. I'm an atheist, but I still like the idea of heaven and hell to be used in stories, so I kind of made my own version.
This rendition uses three different worlds to create the land of the dead. This post will be about 'heaven'.
The OverWorld
The OverWorld is where angels primarily reside. It is ruled over its respective Lord, also known as Rhysoe (Goddess of Death and Benevolence). It is a land of clouds that all of the dead can stand on (demons included), and is made up of many different towns. All of them are under the supervision of guardian angels, the one of the two only angel kinds who are regularly allowed to see the Lord of the Overworld.
1. Angels
All angels can be grouped together into different sections: angels, dark angels, sacred born, mixed angels, and guardian angels.
Angels: The standard angel. These angels are people that passed away and turned into angels. They usually appear as a human base with white wings and a yellow halo. This humanoid form can have varying numbers of wings and eyes, as well as other special features. Their true forms are usually less humanoid and closer the the appearance of biblically accurate beings, although they can be in the appearance of mythical creatures, like dragons or beast folk.
Dark Angels: Demons who have ascended. These demons are almost always exclusively 1st tiers (to be expanded on in the next post). Their general appearances consist of black wings and black halos. Their true forms are always beast-like, but always have a relation to their newly angelic forms.
Sacred Born: Angels born in the OverWorld. They are called sacred born because they have "never been touched by sin". Similar to the standard angels, they can have different wings, halos, and numbers of eyes, but they are born with varying different color pallettes. Their true forms take after their parents, usually being a mix of them.
Mixed Angels: Sacred born who are a mix of any kind of angel and a dark angel. These angels are often regarded as less than other sacred born, as these kinds of angel are related to an ascended demon. The appearances are the exact same as sacred born, but with a darker color pallette and a beast(ier) true form.
Guardian Angels: Angels who work directly under Rhysoe. These angels regularly use angelic weapons and are either sent to keep the realm of the living safe from demonic activity, protect a specific human, or keep the OverWorld towns safe. They have similar humanoid appearances with the standard angels, but with grey wings and white halos. Their true forms are all very similar to the biblically accurate angel, but they don't use them often. Guardian angels are known to be able to shift into human form to protect and disguise themselves when needed.
1.A. Abilities
All angels have angelic weapons, but guardian angels have the most control over them. These weapons can be summoned at will and are unusable by demons. An angelic weapon can 'kill' demons and permanently harm other angels. These weapons can appear as many different things, although they're mostly swords, spears, or bows. They can be other kinds of weapon, though.
Angels have their own kind of magic, but they are fairly limited. The ability to fly is pretty universal, and most angels can 'spectate' a human in the living realm. Sacred angels–including mixed–can have special abilities, but not often.
2. Falling
An angel falls when they have done a crime worthy of taking their angelic rights away. These angels will have a trial, held in front of Rhysoe, and if proven guilty, they are taken to a secluded area of her temple that is nicknamed the 'Shute'. In this room, the guilty angel is punished accordingly by a guardian angel. For more minor crimes, this punishment can be as small as breaking one of their wings or tearing it open. For major crimes, this punishment is ripping a wing completely off. Among every fallen angel, though, their halo is broken. Breaking the halo ensures that the damage is permanent and the wing(s)/halo will never heal. This process immediately forces the angel's body to forcefully grow white horns and a white demon tail. After that, the floor beneath the injured angel opens and they fall into the UnderWorld, which gives them the name, fallen angels.
3. Rhysoe's Temple
Rhysoe usually resides in her temple, a large building with a main throne room and an almost neverending number of rooms. She has a lot of guardian angels who report directly to her, as well as many personal servants (cherubs;lesser angels which are generally smaller and cuter than regular angels. They are made specifically to serve Rhysoe and in the angel level hierarchy, they are the highest). Her temple is used as the highest law of the OverWorld, where she watches over her angels and reviews reported crimes. Sometimes, she also hosts her sisters over.
That is virtually the entirety of the lore of the OverWorld. If you have any questions, I will gladly answer in the comments. I'll probably post about the UnderWorld tomorrow.
I hate My Little Pony gen 5. I feel like y'all should know that. Cause I do. There's a lot I hate about it, but there are two things that I hate in particular. Number one is that they decided to give EARTH PONIES MAGIC!!! The second one was that they decided that FLIGHT disappeared with magic. Like.. huh?!
In my opinion, the earth ponies' lack of magic is pretty important to the tribal story. Unicorn magic was primarily used to raise and set the sun/moon (which had the high probability of draining sorcerers of all their magic forever), and pegasi took care of the weather. Earth ponies, without any particular special ability, tended to fields and grew food, which was used as payment for the unicorn and pegasi's work.
In my humble opinion, earth ponies were an example that you don't particularly need a special ability to be helpful or an essential asset. To give earth ponies magic is just.. plain dumb. I think it would have been more beneficial to have an episode with that very lesson: "You don't need a super special talent to be worth something."
To address the whole pegasus flight thing, IT PISSES ME OFF BECAUSE IT'S NOT A MAGICAL ABILITY (realistically impossible, sure, but not magical). And if anyone tries to defend them saying something about Tirek consuming flight, that only happened after he collected enough MAGIC. It was a whole other thing! After he gained strength from unicorn magic, he gained the ability to consume flight and strength. TWO. DIFFERENT. THINGS.
They are immortal beings (that are generally refered to as gods but that's not the whole picture) who represent certain aspects of Humanity.
Maryetta is the representation of death. When someone or something dies (plant, animal, or person), they are sent to her realm, which she watches over. It seems bleak and lifeless, but she makes sure that her citizens are comfortable and happy. When it comes to people who are a general issue to the community, she'll send them to Oddity to let him have some fun. She doesn't often interact with humans past taking complaints or concerns, as she still remembers what it was like to be one of them. Sometimes, she can be caught lifting her veil and staring into a handheld mirror, although she quickly hides it from the view of others. Only Cynder sees her face regularly. Anything alive that is in her presence will slowly wither and die if not protected.
Oddity is a bit of enigma and is generally seen as the symbol of chaos. He is so filled with chaotic energy that it is always radiating from his person and can sometimes shoot out of him like lightning from a sneeze or a flick of his tail. When he comes to Earth–which happens rarely because all of his 'siblings' forbid it from happening–strange things are reported to happen and his magic will rub off on humans, usually affecting emotion and mental health. His realm is an infinite forest of pink trees and horrific creatures that will tear you limb from limb and then add your limbs to its own body. He barely even knows most of his creations, but he subconsciously makes them. He doesn't often see humans, but when he does, he can easily become infantilized with them (like he is with Liam, they guy you see here and here). His eyes aren't immediately visible by others because looking into them can drain the sanity of any human, except for Liam. He's weird.
Cynder is kind of supposed to represent the people/humans. Every few years, his appearance changes, updating to turn into another identity. He's currently a guy, but sometime in the future, he may turn into a completely new person. Even though his appearance changes on the regular, his personality stays the same. He lives in the human realm by himself as a genuinely normal guy, but when he feels like it, he just goes to his siblings' realms and hangs out (and vice versa). He technically has the ability to control the people around him, but he only really uses it to get free time off from his job. He can sometimes be a dick, but that is partly because he's like everyone combined (TO A DEGREE).
Theo is representative of human intelligence. They're almost constantly creating something and their realm is insanely messy. The most of their realm is a circular lab with an extensive library surrounding it. Sometimes, Maryetta will send inventors their way or volunteers who would like to help them work. The library is messy and unorganized as well, but they navigate it with ease and always know the location of a book. Now.. you may be asking why they're talking about the moon landing being fake. Sometimes, Theo blanks out and just spouts bullshit that turns into conspiracy theories. They silly like that.
This is just kinda my thoughts about Sunny and possible symbolism surrounding her character.
This stemmed from a post I saw about someone who redrew Sunny and made her a more obvious NightWing hybrid. No hate to them, but I had the realization that her appearance was actually a very important part of her and to make her an obvious hybrid would ruin that.
You see, up until her book, Sunny is that chipper, happy-go-lucky wholesome character whose job was to be supportive. That was how her friends saw her, so that was how she was portrayed. Very surface level: "She's sensitive and emotional, but is always there to be a cheerleader. Fighting isn't her forte and she's better to be sheltered and protected." That kind of stuff.
BUT. At her book, we see that she's complex and not just sensitive, but empathetic. She's smart and gets aggravated more than her friends ever realized. She's brave and a good decision maker.
Just like her personality, her appearance was taken very surface level. No one looked at her and considered, "Why does she look like that?" They just looked at her and said "That sure is a strange SandWing!" and kept going. That very surface level observation made her seem mutated, instead of a complex mix of genetics.
Because she was seen as a one dimensional character, she felt like one too. She didn't speak up or self-advocate for herself because she's the sweet, agreeable Sunny who supported her friends. She believed that she was a strange SandWing because everyone else told her that she was.
Uhhhh, I might be dumb and wrong or I might not be the first one to think about this, but uhhh.. baller.
