Teaming up had been a good idea at the time, a partner to watch your back when one of the lovesick could attack at any moment. He couldn’t fathom going alone when he got the idea in his head. Seriously how could it go wrong? Now, however, Lance is starting to rethink his choice a little, as he slumps against the wall closing a hand over the wound on his shoulder that stretches down his arm like claw marks. Its only half this bad because Lance tried to block the blast with his arms, his bayard had been out of reach and he had warn his Paladin gear since the first day he’d arrived so he had been ill equipped to defend himself otherwise. It hurts, with a deep painful burning feeling but he’s got to stop the bleeding, his partner had chased after whatever that thing was that attacked them without bothering to check on him so he was on his own with this one. With his other arm next to useless he’s hard pressed to find somewhere to hold out that’s not in the middle of the hallway. Being attacked again while he’s like this, well lets just say Blue better come up with a good plan because he was fresh out of good ideas.

Okay no panicking Lance you can do this, which was easier said than done, the soaked fabric of his shirt beneath his hands made his stomach flop and his knees shake, its a struggle to keep himself supported but he does his best to push himself up off the wall and retrieve his discarded bayard. If he could emerge from a coma to shoot Sendak’s arm off then Lance could fire this blaster with one hand if he absolutely had to. Blue returns to him with a soft meow and relieving thoughts of a classroom near by that’s completely empty. He prays to whatever God is listening for his luck and wobbles his way behind Blue as fast as he can until he reaches the open classroom. He stops at the doorway and looks down at Blue.

“I really don’t want to do this, like really really don’t, but Blue I need you to go look for someone, anyone, it could even be Keith for all I care, just bring them back here” he wants to go with her, but he can’t, he’s not sure how much longer his legs can hold out on him and he’s getting dizzy, he needs to stop the bleeding ASAP, “I’ll be here, so hurry back.”

Blue hesitates for a moment and he knows she doesn’t want to leave him alone but she can’t help him. So she turns and runs off down the hallway to find someone who can.

Now to stop the bleeding.

“What should we do?”

Lance will be taking active part in this event since two of his team is under the spell and he isn’t gonna leave them hanging or let Keith hog all the work.

Lance is new to the power thing, but is gaining quick grasp over how to use his ice powers. If anyone needs an easy way to get a lovesick person to be put in one place then Lance is your guy as he can try to freeze them enough so they can’t move. However making ice that strong enough that quick is not an easy task and physically stronger opponents will have no problems smashing on through it. Generally it will take a few tries before Lance can make ice strong enough to hold someone because he doesn’t know how much is too much or just enough.

Downside there’s a chance for frostbite and even hypothermia so there’s that.

What Lance lacks in powers he makes up for in Magical Space House Cat Blue who has the same ice powers as her Paladin and his Bayard that turns into a blaster.

He’s an excellent Marksman with combat experience and the mindset to put the safety of others before his own.

However taking hits is not Lance’s specialty, he has no special powers or training so a good hit or two might just take Lance out of commission. So those physically or magically strong will find it easier to pick Lance off, especially in close quarters, but long range combat is were he really excels.

Though if you want someone who will smooch openly and just about anyone then Lance is ur guy

Hellllllooooooo! I’m Tiff! I’ll be the mun for Lance McClain its so great to meet you guys and see some of you again as we’ve been in groups together before! (except you Keith get ur rood hot ass out of here) I’m 22 going on 23 in April and am in college for a major in English and minor in Creative Writing!
