Our upcoming ECU prototype test run. Check out the maximum RPM! Our bike makes 21PS. Standard FZ150i makes about 14.5PS.

Bike specs: Yamaha FZ150i (aka V-ixion). UMA Racing 62mm engine block, camshaft and 32mm throttle body, FSRtech prototype ECU for tuning. Everything else is factory standard, so this is hardly an extreme modification. This bike is used every day on the road with no issues.

We found that the performance is limited by the standard fuel injector flow rate. We'll upgrade to a bigger injector and retest. Performance should be even better!

FSR Digital Dashboard Prototype

Our intern's project. It's a simple but accurate digital dashboard/meter panel for the FZ150i. Number on the right is RPM, number on the left is speed. LED bar indicates RPM as well. Features that will be added include fuel level indicator and gear indicator. More bike models will also be supported in the future.

FCU Manager User Manual updated - V1.1.0

Our FCU manager User Manual has been updated to Version 1.1.0.

The main change is the addition of a basic tuning guide (section 10) for users with dyno access.

Program MRM: Member Refer Member - TAMAT

UPDATE: Program ini sudah tamat

Member Racun Refer Member (MRM) FSR Technology kini mengadakan program MRM (bukan MLM!) khas untuk pemilik FCU membantu kawan-kawan mereka supaya tidak ketinggalan! Pemilik FCU akan mendapat RM20 dan kawan yang anda refer kepada kami akan mendapat diskaun RM20 (kalau pasang hari Rabu-Jumaat, RM10 kalau pasang hari Sabtu). Terma dan syarat program adalah seperti berikut: 1. Tawaran hanya untuk pemilik FCU & pelanggan baru yang datang ke FSR Technology HQ (klik untuk peta lokasi) untuk pemasangan FCU dan membuat Dyno test. 2. Program ini akan dijalankan sehingga suatu tarikh yang akan ditentukan. 3. FSR technology berhak untuk mengubah terma & syarat program ini pada bila-bila masa.

Pemilik FCU: 1. Jika anda hadir bersama pelanggan baru, anda akan mendapat RM20 secara tunai bagi setiap pelanggan yang anda refer. 2. Tiada had bilangan pelanggan baru yang anda boleh refer. Contohnya jika anda berjaya refer 40 pelanggan baru, anda akan mendapat jumlah RM800.

Testing and Packaging (Part 2)

Our FCUs are slowly rolling off the production line. You can see the model number in the picture.

One of the major reasons why it's taking some time to roll out is because we were building our own automated functional testing system. Each FCU has to pass a comprehensive analog voltage tolerance test. Only a 1.5% maximum difference vs the reference is allowed.
