In my personal opinion, you haven’t completely experienced Myles Kennedy until you’ve listened to his stuff in The Mayfield Four.

Don’t get me wrong, his work in Alter Bridge is phenomenal, but something has to be said about his vocal and lyrical prowess on the MF4 tracks. Summergirl, Carry On, Overflow, their crazy incredible cover of Inner City Blues, Shuddershell, Flatley’s Crutch, Mars Hotel, Sick and Wrong, the list goes on. It’s a shame MF4 didn’t get the exposure they deserved back in the day.

If you’re following me and never listened to MF4, give them a shot. All those songs I’ve mentioned and more should all be on YouTube, if you want to take me up on that. They’re one of the greatest bands you’ve never heard, trust me on this. I’m not just saying that because it’s Myles Kennedy and he’s one of my favorite singers of all time. I’m saying it because it’s the truth. More people need to be aware, man.
