it's acctually not cannon, we have gotten little cannon description of cecil (not tall not short not thin not fat) the tattoos and third eye are just headcannons

A while ago I used to think that Cecil is one of angels, disguised as a radio-announcer. Now (after the Cassette episode) my headcanon is that Cecil-teenager was attacked by some supernatural creature, which changed his mind and voice, erased his memories and lives in his body as a symbiont. That’s why Cecil has tentacles and third eye. But whatever.
