JUSTICE - OSWALD OF CARIM

Oswald of Carim is a pardoner at the service of Velka. He weighs the sins committed by the character and grants mercy and forgiveness. There is no misdoing he cannot undo, and he will be there for us to support us in our journey, after all it is only human to commit a sin.
