Joey is circumcised so doesn't have a foreskin, but the part requires him to have one. He and Monica try out different things that look like a foreskin that he can wear during the audition to get the part, and settle on the silly putty. During the audition the silly putty falls off. :)

I feel a little resentment towards Ross at the end. The job was an amazing opportunity for Rachel, and I understand about not leaving Ben, but I feel like he could have made it work and moved to Paris with Rachel.
