Lambda Delta Lambda Fall Rush is over, and our pledges are beginning their journey to active status, let’s give our new pledges a hand as they embark on this exciting adventure! Our next RUSH will be Fall 2014, so keep your eye out for those events. We will also be having plenty of events this quarter (fundraisers, parties, bake sales, etc) so if you want to meet the awesome people of LDL look to our Facebook page for information. You can also message us over Facebook, or contact our president at 707-535-9571 with your questions. As an all-inclusive sorority we accept UC Davis alumni, community members, and any other amazing people who may want to have fun and enact change with our amazing members.

It's the first night of our Spring 2014 rush week, and tonight is Info night!

The Righteous Babes Lounge (instead the WRRC on UCD campus)

from 6:00-8:00p.m.

Info night is an opportunity for you to learn what LDL is all about. Active members will talk about their experiences and describe the pledge process. PLUS we'll have FREE PIZZA and FUN GAMES!

Spring Rush is Here!!

Lambda Delta Lambda is a fun-loving, queer friendly sisterhood with open minds and regard ourselves as not being the typical sorority. We are open to females, males, queer, gay, lesbians, bisexuals, and all genders and sexualities in between. Rush is a week of fun events where you can get to meet the sister of LDL and learn about our sorority. It is a no-commitment period and everyone is welcome! Come to any of the events you can. Interviews!

Rush week was super cool, and now LDL is looking forward to pledging new members!

If you are interested in pledging Lambda Delta Lambda please attend one of the Interview Sessions next week, there are two times availible:

Wednesday 10/16/13 at 7pm

Friday 10/18/13 at 8pm

Interview are largely informal, no need to dress up or feel stressed. Its just a way for current members to get to know pledgies better. :)

Join ΛΔΛ For Dollar Scoop Night!

Thanks to all the amazing folks that came to last night's info night! It was a great way to start Fall 2013 rush :) 

Tonight is the second night of rush, and for the second event current ΛΔΛ members and ΛΔΛ rushies will be at Baskin Robbins in downtown Davis at 7pm to eat a ton of cheap ice cream at the their dollar scoop night; where icecream (and sherbet and sorbet, for the ice cream disinclined) is literally just a dollar a scoop!

We'll be hanging out and getting to know each other better, talking more about ΛΔΛ and the pledge process, and having a lot of fun.

Fall Rush Teaser

So the Summer's nearly over, school's about to begin, and you're looking for a way to spice up the next school year. Maybe its time you found some fierce new friends, participated in some awesome philanthropy work, and joined the coolest, queerest sorority on campus!

Lambda Delta Lambda, UC Davis' only alternative, queer-friendly sorority is now recruiting members for Fall 2013! We're looking for awesome people of any gender identification or sexual orientation who are interested in a having a fun time and making lasting bonds of sisterhood.

If you're interested the time to get involved is during rush week which will be October 7th-11th. Stay tuned for more information on specific rush events.

LDL members will also be at the tables at the Memorial Union during the first week of school- look for the rainbow flag.

Didn't Spring Break feel way too long? Weren't you just counting down the hours until April 1st? Well you certainly should have been because besides being the first week of school, April 1st-5th is Lambda Delta Lambda's Spring Rush for 2013!!

Each night there's a fun event planned, each one carefully designed so that you can learn more about everything LDL has to offer, bond with LDL members and other rushies, and just generally have a good time.

On Monday, April 1st from 6-8pm we're hosting an Info Night at the LGBTRC; learn about Lambda Delta Lambda, meet the members, eat some delicious food, and play fun games.

Tuesday, April 2nd is Movie Night (from 7-9 at the LGBTRC).

On Wednesday April 3rd, meet at 9pm at Delta of Venus to go clubbing. We'll head over to Bojangles in Sacramento and dance the night away!

Thursday we'll have an Ice Cream Social at Baskin Robbins from 7-9pm.

And finally on Friday we'll get the weekend started right with a party. The party will be at 9pm- stay tuned for exact details on location.

We look forward to seeing you at Rush Week. If you have any question feel free to stop by tables at the MU, we'll be there several times this week.

Spring Rush Teaser

Guess what- it's almost the end of winter quarter! (Crazy, right?!) And that means its almost time for Lambda Delta Lambda's Spring 2013 Rush!! Well and finals week, but that's not nearly as fun...

Rush starts on Monday, April 1st and continues through Friday, April 5th. We've got lots of fun stuff planned; look forward to getting important info about LDL, bonding with current LDL members and your pledge mates, and making some great memories.
