I'm a female Libra, and there's this Scorpio guy who told me he liked me. We've only knew each other for like, 3 days and he's already getting really personal.  This is normal. 

Scorpios fall quick and hard. It doesn't take a Scorpio guy long to decide he wants something, and once he does he is not interested in playing any of the little games that build on to the sexual tension. He'd rather just make things official.
