Why can't I find any Merline time travel fix-it fics where everyone else goes back in time Except Merlin? Like hasn't he done enough?? If Gaius had been a little more risky, if Hunith had been less protective, if Arthur had come to a decision about magic before it was too late, everything would've changed. I just like the idea of young Merlin, who had no one, have everyone guiding and encouraging him instead. He wouldn't have to do it alone.
