OMG WHAT IS GOING ON HERE
Arthur Phillip
This portrait of His Excellency, Governor Arthur Phillip, first governor of New South Wales was painted in 1786, just outside the Regency period, but it was too good not to let you know about it. Maybe an honourable mention? Your discerning readers will no doubt appreciate it. I'm not sure what's going on there. It looks less like elephantine genitals than a built-in cushion.

WORK THAT CAMEL TOE, SIR WALTER
All I can gather from this is that the Regency must have been terrifying.
And three cameltoes.
For some people, The Wet Shirt, is the definitive moment in Pride and Prejudice (1995), for others it’s The Look in the Music Room. But this is what did it for me: The Tan Breeches Moment, or that point in which Colin Firth overcame the difficulties of wearing historically accurate trousers in a costume drama and found a way to make the Regency Camel Toe drop dead sexy.
