Not sure what this bizarre version of ‘Scott’ I bought second hand today is. Not the US pressing and not with the original artwork-track changes similar to 'Aloner’. Seem like late 1960s pressing or soon after. Romantic? Surely you jest?

Scott Walker, deep dreamed.
Red Skelton Hour 1959. This episode was called Freddie’s Beatshack and features and the last filmed appearance of Errol Flynn. The girl beatnik is his then girlfriend Beverly Aadland. Most interestingly to me is the young guest vocalist pictured here, 16 year old Scott Engel-later Scott Walker of the Walker Brothers, solo artist, one of the greatest voices of the past 50 years and now avant guard figurehead and all-round genius. My hero pretty much.
Scott seems reticent to talk about the early days as a teen actor/singer-fair enough but I would love to find this video. Not online but I don’t think destroyed?

Teen Scott -- rarest of the Scotts! Sweet find, anyone have any more info on this?
Timeless Cool: Scott Walker
The Visceral Horror of Scott Walker’s “Soused”

The bright-eyed days of his youth have long since been replaced with eyes that comfortably and skillfully maneuver their way through the dark. His new album “Soused” is no exception and with the help of Sunn O))), Walker creates another bleak soundscape where the fragility of life is exposed and extinguished at his will.
