She just hates it. During her time as a prisoner of war, water was used as a method of torture against her. The trauma never truly left. She learned to function around it, but deep water still makes her chest tighten before she even realizes why. Sheโll go swimming if River asks, and she trusts him more than anyone. But she wonโt go into deep water unless heโs with her.
12: Theyโre perfectly comfortable with silence. Victoria definitely talks more during the day. Sheโll tell River about a gig, complain about a client, ramble about a new outfit she wants, or ask the most random questions imaginable. She makes him laugh all the time. His nickname for her at times is Goof. Cause sheโs pretty goofy. They can laugh with each other for hours. When sheโs not around heโs pretty quiet. Itโs always her that brings it out of him.
As well tho get River a couple of drinks and River becomes surprisingly talkative. Victoria countless times told him to be careful but no matter how many times she scolds him he just start taking more.
