NASA is Attempting to Grow Food in Space

The cost of bread on Earth is around $3.35, but if you want to send that bread to space it could cost around $8750. So, of course, NASA is trying to grow food in space because it would be extremely cost effective!

My little question is, what are they going to grow?

I know I would grow at least some tomato’s and wheat. What would you grow?
