I went and saw Frozen 2 Friday night with my Husband. I really enjoyed the movie so much. This song has been stuck in my head now and I just had to illustrate something.

Work like a boss sticker!! Testing out the trick on printing out a full page and cutting it with my cricut machine. It's a pain in the butt that's for sure. I think I will add a thicker stroke around it to hopefully see if it will cut better and not be off. . . . My 1st try at trying to digitally paint a portrait and I have to stay not too bad for my 1st try. I know there are still some things off of course. It's definitely a learning curve. In Gabrielle Brickey's skillshare videos makes it look so easy! It's definitely not. The Husband and I went and had a picnic today for lunch at a park nearby. It was so relaxing to be outside in the fresh air to have lunch and then draw. 😁 I love this new Procreate feature! #homwork week 26 lettering challenge prompt by @homsweethom. This week was to letter a repeating phrase or words. At the time of sketching this I was eating pizza so it just came to mind to letter pizza in different styles because I love pizza!!!!! Pizza is definitely something I can never give up with it's cheesy goodness! Lol. The Husband and I usually order pizza delivery once a week for dinner. Always so good! But he hates that I'm boring and only ever get pepperoni on my pizza. @ritchietype shared a tutorial on how to make your own procreate stippling brush. This is what I created using that stippling brush and the sketch pencil in procreate on my iPad Pro. Something that would originally take forever to do only took a few minutes! And what better way than to also show my love for my favorite anime series of all time since I was 7 years old!

Noodle Cat (Restaurant in Westlake, OH) logo I was redesigning for a personal project to add to my website portfolio. It's not refined yet, this was just a quick mock up sketch and color I did in procreate on my iPad Pro. Swipe left to see the preliminary sketches and refinements. I still haven't chosen a logotype yet but maybe it doesn't need one. Let me know your thoughts. I also planned on designing a menu and applications for the logo.

Personal project: I'm working on redesigning a logo for a restaurant called Noodlecat. So far all I know is they have a location that used to be in Downtown Cleveland, Ohio but moved to Westlake, Ohio in the Crocker Park area. These are work in progress sketches I have drawn on my ipad pro with procreate. I'm leaning towards the top right. I'm also thinking of designing a menu too for this project. Possibly a whole identity/branding.
