I've been experiencing the saddest moments in my life, I feel so lonely and selfish, I can't do nothing for other people and I just think about myself and my own problems :( i don't even know you but i feel like i trust you

Oh little dear! Be careful with yourself but don’t forget that being alone can be really aggravating if you’re not feeling so good. Sometimes I enjoy being on my own - but most of the time I get sad and dumb and it can be dangerous- , we need the people around us, that’s why they exist!!
