Thank you @its-mew for tagging me💕 I know it’s been long overdue, I’m so sorry for putting this off for too long T_T
This is from my playlist on spotify called ‘this and that’
1. Last Request - Paolo Nutini
Ahhh this songs takes me back to those high school days with silly crush and silly heart-break. I listened to this song a lot during high school.
My current favorite. Mukai Taichi is a musical genius. Sometimes I listen only to his music for days on ends.
3. More than Words - Westlife
My very first favorite ever. My first love. I fell in love with the boyband when I was a little second grader of elementary school.
4. Same Time - Tom Rosenthal
They say ignorance is bliss—it isn't. But knowing is also another form of hell.
I want to be someone someone make promises with, share stories with, held hands with. I want to be someone someone calls a home.
This song left me feeling nostalgic and warm—makes me long for a roadtrip somewhere quiet with friends and loved ones, swimming in the ocean by days and camping in the woods by night.
And as the lyric goes "we stood steady as the stars in the woods, so happy-hearted and the warmth rang true inside these bones"
7. Friends, Lovers, or Northing - John Mayer
So, what are we now, exactly? We're not just friends but we're far from lover. And God forbid—we're not nothing, are we?
When times are rough, or you just too deep into your worries and insecurities, sometimes, a steady shoulder, a smile and a conversation can save you from downwards spiraling into self-doubt.
Anyone can be a hero, or someone's hero. I want to be yours.
10. I Never Told You - Colbie Caillat
Listening to this song, I regret no telling him a lot of things back then—of the happy yet nervous heart, sweaty palms, and shy smiles. Now he's far away and happy. And I'm trying my best to be happy too.
