With a playful grin upon his face, Chopper walked toward the girl, hoping that she wasn't too busy to spend some time with him. He had been alone for some time, but for whatever reason, seeing her face alone made him feel as though his boredom could be easily relieved. "Hey!" He shouted out as he gently placed his hoof upon her knee, hoping to get her attention.

Haruhi was out for shopping on the items needed for the host club. Ah yes, another instant coffee that the rich bastards was requesting for her to buy again in the commoner's supermarket.As she went her way back at the academy, there is someone who is calling her out of a sudden. But she wasn't sure if it was meant for her since it was only a "Hey" and not her name. Not when he placed his hoof upon her knee, she was startled and dropped the items she was holding. Haruhi was frightened at the figure infront of her as her eyes grew wide and her mouth slightly hung open. "Wh-who are you?! I-I mean, what are you?!" Unsure if she was dreaming or this is reality but then again, seeing something like this is out of the norm for her.

“But you can’t leave us. We need you okay. Besides, you’re not allowed to have a job, it’s in the handbook.” Kaoru clings to her, his eyes going wide. “yeah he’s the shadow king but I’m sure he’d let you have some extra time to yourself. I promise you that he’s always looking out for us.”

Haruhi groaned in dismay as she remembers that having a part-time job was forbidden and is included in the student's handbook. Well, considering her social status, might as well do it in a more secretive way to fully focused to her studies.

"Right. Maybe I'll take a month long vacation off the club to properly study in the upcoming test."

"You know, if you want to just relax and take the day off, I don't think anyone would blame you." (fujiokaxharuhi)

 “And let the entire Host Club fall into ruin?  I don’t think so.”

 Honestly, if Kyoya was going to leave the Host Club at the mercy of Tamaki, he might as well burn it to the ground right now.  While Haruhi may have been entirely capable of keeping Tamaki in check during Kyoya’s absence, she was in no condition to babysit the entirety of the Idiot Crew.

 Even so, the offer was quite kind and considering the ample amount of stress the day had provided it was also thoroughly appreciated.

“While I appreciate the offer, I’m sure you have more important things to do than to babysit these idiots all day.”

“You’ll only gonna take a few days off. I never said anything about you fully leaving the Idiot crew."

Seeing at how Kyoya was doing his job properly, Haruhi thought it was best for him to take a day off to release the stressing things forming inside his body.

"Considering that I have been dragged all along in this situation, might as well do my shared effort to this club." Haruhi explained.

"Kaoru? Its quite odd and unexpected to see you alone but where's Hikaru?" (fujiokaxharuhi)

"I was just about to ask you that, actually— I haven’t seen him all morning,"

Kaoru brushed a petal that fell on his cheek, reaching to remove some from Haruhi’s shoulders. "Say, Boss, is Hikaru around?" he asked.

“Hikaru? I thought he was with you?” Tamaki asked. 

“Were actually looking for him. We thought he’s already here.” Haruhi responds.

“Do you wanna look for him again and do the club activities later?” she asked.

Kaoru shrugged, “I think he’ll turn up here, he never misses a club meeting,”

The brunette host kinda having a burning welling inside her. Well, talking about studying up late to keep up her scholarship and doing club activities after school, she stressed herself these past few weeks and her body quite fall down as she suddenly lose consciousness.

"Haruhi!" Kaoru caught her waist, as the girl went limp in his arms, "Haruhi, what’s wrong?" Tamaki rushed over, a hand to her forehead, “She’s burning up, must be from stress, come lay her down,” he urged the twin to a free futon in the centre of the club room. "I’ll get an ice cloth," the blonde quickly disappeared as Kaoru lay Haruhi delicately onto the futon.

Her chest is heaving up and down as she was grasping the breath she was losing. Her forehead is burning. Her over-fatigue suddenly resurfaced from her body as it suddenly betrays her body. Dream find its way to her mind as it flashbacked some memories of her mother while she utter the words "Okaa-san" in her sleep.

“Haruhiiiiiii, you better not be thinking of leaving us.” He whined, the pout deepening. “You know you could always ask Kyoya senpai for some more study time right.”

“I don’t. Ever since I’ve been here, I have less time to study. I’m maintaining my scholar just so you know, Kaoru.” Haruhi said in all honesty while letting him pets the top of her head.
