“I think people should learn more about what they are listening to. They need/should actually HEAR what they are listening to every day. People generally listen to music because it "sounds" good. Not many people listen to songs for the lyrics. I think that people should, the band took time to write the song, not just the instrumental part, but the lyric part to. I hear people say things like "Yeah that band rules" or "I love that band their music is so cool!" and they can't even understand what the group is actually talking about. Songs from bands like RAMMSTEIN, KMFDM, NIN, M.M., and more popular ones like the bands played a lot on the radio. People could at least hop on the web and look at the song lyrics or find an English translation so they know what the band is saying, or maybe ask someone who is a big fan and who knows what the band is saying. It's not that hard, and I think it will cut down on a lot of the people in this society that are shallow and naive who just look at the front cover of the book, and not the pages...to twist around that quote a little.”
