The quad separation is becoming even better. 🙌
Making a list of goals for this month in an effort to get out of this serious slump I’ve been in:
Workout at least four times per week
Get back into running
Drink more water
Eat slower
No more coffee (unless black) or processed carbs. I spend way too much time with a food baby.
Don’t let school stress me out and throw me off track.
We’ll see how this goes lol

So, I fell off the Tumblr wagon for a while because I've been so busy with work, school, rehearsal, friends, etc. But I'm back! I still probably won't be on all the time but I need to have some motivation to get my fitness level back to where it should be, so here I am!

Perfect for this 100 degree weather Post workout cool cherry smoothie! 3-4 cups of frozen cherries🍒 2 frozen bananas🍌 Cinnamon, water, 1 scoop of raw protein powder…. And blend
can I substitute sometihng for the bananas? I dont really like them, or does it not really have the bananay taste? lol im an idiot i apologize

Before morning workout
Eat within 30 minutes of waking up so you can jump-start your metabolism. Having some oatmeal, a banana, eggs are all great choice to start your day
Before afternoon workout
Your pre-workout snack should consist of foods that are easy to digest, low-fiber and low-fat within the hour. A banana, apple slices with peanut butter
After your workout
Eat within 30 mins - 1hours after your workout so your body doesn’t start burning muscle. The key factor is fuelling your body with protein. Handful of almonds or a protein shake, fruit smoothie with skim milk, cottage cheese with fruit, greek yogurt with fruit
