a deafening silence as the singer chewed his lip, debating on what to say. he knew he ultimately had to speak the truth, but was it that bad to cling onto the little bit of autonomy beep had left? he didn't think so. besides, cam wasn't really sure what the truth was in the first place. he didn't want to find out either.

Hi. Usually, I use this blog for jokes and shenanigans, etc., but today I’m bringing up something very, VERY serious.

Huge TW up ahead for r//pe and s/a.

I made this thread today, because there’s been a lot going on during school. A BUNCH of afab people (mostly people of color) have been stepping up and coming forward about their r/pe and ass/ult by several upperclassman at the school, and nothing has been done about it.

Recently, a video came out of a junior being r/ped on the night of homecoming while she was drunk.

He was arrested.

He got bailed out.

They let him back on campus.

I made a whole thread, pinging the school and all. I also made a separate tweet about it. For those of you with Twitter, I need you all to retweet these threads with the tag #JusticeForGulf. Ping the school even.

We’re gonna start protesting and rallying during the lunches and I need this to get big so that hopefully something will get done.

When I went to the office about the guy that ass/ulted me they ended up telling me that there was nothing they could do, because there was no proof. I later came to find that he ass/ulted a few other girls as well— but after finding out that there was WAY MORE than just a few, as well THIS, all for them to be shut down and told that it wasn’t enough? It pisses me off.

Please spread the word. Post this wherever you can and SPREAD. THE. WORD.

This can’t go on for any longer. We need to put a stop to this and deal out due justice.
