Soo I've been trying to recover for almost half a year now and I'm fat again. I actually was doing a great job, I felt so good, my mental health was definitely getting better but these past days I don't know why but something has changed. I'm the worst I've ever been and all I wanna do now is to lose weight so I'm gonna try to do this for a while.
First day done ✅ I had 777 calories so went a bit under. I finally feel in control. Love that for me ;)
Secon day done ✅ had 723 calories. Tomorrow I'm gonna go to my friend's house so I hope I don't fuck it up because of it.
Okay third day done ✅ I don't know for certain but I'm guessing it's somewhere between 800-900 cals today.
Fourth day done ✅ had 905 cals. I'm not bloated but I'm not hungry so kind of a weird feeling. I have school tomorrow so I hopefully get in some steps as exercise.
Fifth day done ✅ had 834 cals. I couldn't go to school due to being extremely sick. And one thing that sucks is when I'm sick my appetite rises for no reason. Hopefully I don't mess everything up. And god do I wanna weigh myself properly.
Sixth day done ✅ had 909 cals. I'm so sick I feel like I'm dying but it's fine ig.
Seventh day done ✅ had 1116 cals. I was so hungry today for no reason. Wonder how tomorrow's gonna go...

I can't weigh myself often because the scale is in my mum's room. She's gone off to smoke so I took the opportunity and weighed myself. It's like middle of the day and I have ate and drank a lot but I'm still 57.9 so that means I've lost even more hehehe.
