whats the story behind puffs lack of ears?

also is puff an RL factory furb? cuz i have a church mouse thats just as round as em

well when i bought puff he had no fabric ears and broken ear sticks so i decided to remove them completely and sew up the holes, i also added some extra padding to him which is why hes so round! (he’s from the GE factory)

i do find that early in production RL furbies (especially church mice and wolves) can be really PLUMPPPP

just got a working furby connect for the first time ummmmmmmmmmmmmm it’s personality is so awful!!!! all it did was fart, burp and make terrifying groaning noises i had to take the batteries out right away. it looked so cute before it spoke
