It's BPD awareness month so I wanted to make a drawing to share a headcanon/theory of mine regarding Nic :]

Nic reads as someone who has both NPD and BPD, and it makes me happy that he's going down the route of improvement instead of just being the irredeemable villain that so many people want him to be! As someone who strongly suspects they have both as well, this kind of representation and the way it's handled is wonderful and rare in media, and I hope that Nic as a character can continue to make people who have struggled with these or other similar issues feel seen and remind them that change is possible ^^

Hi, I'm Fuzzy and I love flower symbolism

Daffodils can represent things such as unrequited love, self-love, death, renewal, respect, and of course, narcissism - Purple daffodils especially represent self-obsession

Roses can represent love and privacy - Purple roses can represent love at first sight - Green roses can represent rebirth - Black roses can represent death, hatred, despair, obsession, etc.

Tulips can represent inconstancy and love - Purple tulips can represent nobility and rebirth

Daffodils are a symbol of NPD for obvious reasons, and I've found that roses and tulips can be a symbol of BPD as the creator of DBT and an expert on the disorder have equated having it as being "a tulip trying to flourish in a rose garden"

Octopus Nic !!

since I'm sure he prefers to keep his image perfect, it makes sense to make him something that can heal and regenerate quickly, and mimic! ^^

also, octopuses can't swim for very long, which would further isolate Nic from the rest of the cast as mers who CAN swim

Cat Dad AU!

Luna, Nic and Michel!

Luna - She used to live a very free house life with owners who let their cats outside unsupervised. Luna helped Lucas run away, leaving just his old collar behind, and she was chased away after. She doesn't mind, she practically lived outside anyway. She has made friends with Theo's cats and Michel but has no intention on settling down! Theo does often worry that she might harm his cats, based on what her former humans told him... Her collar is inspired by her usual outfit, mainly her hat!

Nicolosi - He and his brothers were taken in by two humans while he was a kitten, despite one of the humans being allergic. Thanks to the magic of allergy medicine and javis being considered hypoallergenic, they were able to get on just fine. Except, his humans care more about his brothers than him, so they let him outside without supervision. Maybe he'll be convinced to run away from his neglectful humans by another cat who had bad owners. His collar is inspired by his usual coat and the brooch he wore at the ball!!

Michel - Ulyssa is Theo's next-door neighbor who also has a lot of cats! One of them being a newly adopted Michel who gets along very well with Theo's bunch, although one of them used to dislike them for some reason. Michel spends time in the backyard and hops the fence to Theo's yard. They receive frequent visits from Luna as well! Their collar is inspired by their clothes and their necklace!

This is the last of the batch for now!! Next batch will include the rest of the council and Xander!

Cat Dad AU!

Lucas and Percy!

Percy - A former barn cat who's family was new to the barn life so they were much friendlier and less mixed than then rest of the colony! He eventually left after meeting August!

Lucas - He used to have black fur but it changed to blue with age. This helped him to not be recognized as one of the Nocturne's cats after running away. Although, Marla didn't recognize him either.

Both collars are inspired by their armor!

Cat Dad AU!

Odette and Marla!

Odette - A former wild cat who was very against living in a house. Odette was "rescued" [humans words, not hers] and taken to a shelter, then was adopted by Theo. She hated it a lot but after making friends with the other cats in the neighborhood, she eventually settled in! Not Theo's biggest fan, however. Instead of a collar, she has a bandana! She hated those things. It does have a tag with her information on it. Inspired by the bandana Odette used to wear!

Marla - She used to live with other humans before being given to Theo. She's made friends all over the town and seems to be very social! But letting a cat who's breed has health issues outside unsupervised wasn't very wise, so she was given to someone who has other cats so that she wouldn't be lonely cooped up inside. Her collar is inspired by her dress!

Sapphia and August as cats!

I have an idea for a whole AU that I wanna make doodles for but first I'm gonna get the cat designs out of the way!!

Sapphia - Scottish folds often come with health issues from the breeding to make their ears that way, including chronic pain. I think this would make her first humans [Saph's parents] very protective over her, especially after getting in an accident that costs her leg. Unable to hop fences, she gets limited to her backyard for a long while. Eventually she finds a way to sneak out in order to meet with her friends!

Her collar is based on her dress, tiara, and necklace!

August - August's human, Theo, is very unsure how to raise a cat and tries various methods with tips from his neighbor, including giving him lots of attention, lots of space, supervised outside time, and more. During this outside time, August does get to meet up with Sapphia and the others!

I wanna call this the Cat Dad AU!

His collar is based on his shirt and necklace! I wanted to get the cape in there but it didn't look good against the orange, so I hope the darker markings make up for that!

I've had this AU in my head for a while but just recently named it!!

Of course it focuses on Theo's household as he gradually takes in more cats!! He ends up with all of the main six! Some rescued, some adopted, some surrendered.. and some just chose him! Maybe because of the other cats that live there lol

This is also a modern setting!

I'll be sharing the rest of the designs that I've finished every day until they're all shown! That's three more days! They'll all have info with them!!
