Allison Tolman & Noah Hawley | Commentary on Fargo, episode 8 “The Heap”.
i dont normally upload graphics of lester (that trash) but i am extremely happy with how this one turned out. full view please! (although i don’t even agree w/ my own lyric text, lester had ‘that look in his eyes’ from the start and that’s why lorne was so successful. but im making a fargo graphic for each track of one of my fave albums of all time SO UM) anyway, credits: hotblack and ttronslien @ morguefile, sweettasteofbitter and -redux @ tumblr

Religion and philosophy are common themes on FX’s Fargo series. Seasons 1 & 2 serve as a cautionary tale of how belief fundamentally shapes moral behavior. Together the seasons offer a grim analysis of our cultural landscape, but one that doesn’t leave us without hope.
Interestin meta for Season 1 - thanks to fargofan for submitting the link!
Aliens abducted Ted Danson and the proof is in Molly’s bedtime stories. No, seriously. SPOILERS of course. And you’ll want to go and watch Hank’s confession from the end of the finale again. After...
Interesting meta analysis for Fargo Season 2
Is the Indian really Lorne Malvo with a new face?
Apparently he’s the rather sedentary boss of those gangsters back in Season 1. So sadly, no :(
Fargo season three has found its leading man. Ewan McGregor has been cast in the starring role of FX’s Emmy-winning anthology drama – two starring roles, in fact.
Here’s the official description of his characters, which marks the first details of any kind about the show’s mysterious third edition: “Emmit Stussy is the Parking Lot King of Minnesota. A handsome, self-made, real estate mogul and family man, Emmit sees himself as an American success story. His slightly younger brother, Ray Stussy, on the other hand is more of a cautionary tale. Balding, pot-bellied, Ray is the kind of guy who peaked in high school. Now a parole officer, Ray has a huge chip on his shoulder about the hand he’s been dealt, and he blames his brother, Emmit, for his misfortunes.”
what if you’re right and they’re wrong? [x]

You wouldn’t understand, you’re a man…It’s a lie, okay, that you can do it all. Be a wife, and a mother, and this self-made career woman; like there’s 37 hours in a day. And then when you can’t, they say it’s you; you’re faulty, like you’re inferior somehow. And then, like, if you could just get your act together, until you’re half mad… Ranked 16th by me, 15th by followers.
