I noticed this on Coco's mom's shawl/jacket thing too, but circular designs seems to be a thing in general here. Obviously they're probably not inherently magic, but it feels like The Olden Days when magic was more ubiquitous really echoes despite being part of a past that's itching to be erased, at least as a cultural footprint.
