A gas giant is a large planet composed mostly of gases, such as hydrogen and helium, with a relatively small rocky core. The gas giants of our solar system are Jupiter, Saturn, Uranus and Neptune.

They have rings as above; Jupiter(1,4,5)/ Saturn(2,7,8)/ Uranus(3,6)/ Neptune(9)

It was not until the 1970s that rings were discovered around the other three gas planets besides Saturn. In fact, the rings around Jupiter, Uranus, and Neptune are much smaller, darker, and fainter than the rings of Saturn. more ll © NASA
