So I found this unmarked house right here on the map, south of the NukaCola Factory, but north of Camden Park:

Inside, we find a broken Mr Handy in the kitchen (metal husband):

A name spelled out on the TV:

The next room over has a crib with a tin baby, some abraxo to clean baby’s tumtum, and a hammer nearby to fix the baby:

And under the dresser are some familiar glasses:

Methinks someone was a fan.
