I, for one, feel the person declaring war on babies is a totally a trustworthy guy.
I love the dad but his response made me immediately think of this:
When her son died in utero, a venture capitalist went to extremes to punish her surrogate.
this is wild. the surrogate lost the baby due to complications despite seeking appropriate medical care possibly due to systemic issues with maternal health and the woman paying the surrogate who had already violated their contract by posting details about her surrogate’s personal life to a Facebook group that allowed people in the group to identify the surrogate then blames the surrogate for the pregnancy loss in part due to all the psychics she contacted who fed her this story that the surrogate had rough sex during the pregnancy so the woman featured in this article, Cindy Bi, starts a smear campaign against her surrogate which involved hiring a private investigator to stalk her surrogate and posting details that may or may not be true about her surrogate’s sex life to a group of strangers who know her surrogate’s identity and is pursuing litigation against her surrogate which she knows will bankrupt the woman who entered into the surrogacy agreement to get out of debt and create an emergency fund for her and her child. Surrogacy is already a wrought topic with it allowing wealthy women to essentially purchase the bodies of poor women but a wealthy woman using all her resources to stalk and destroy a poor woman who experienced a pregnancy loss despite responsibly seeking medical care at the sign of any complication adds another layer to the question of ethics of this process. Cindy Bi posted incessantly about how her surrogate was to blame in a Facebook group wherein other members of this group, one being a fertility doctor, labeled the surrogate a “psycho” meanwhile Cindy Bi is texting pictures of her dead baby directly to the iPad belonging to her surrogate’s 7 year old son. This is fucking nuts. Cindy’s surrogate already endured the physical and emotional strain of a pregnancy loss and is now being subjected to stalking and slander
Seriously, this is like something out of a Hollywood thriller movie. The woman is frigging nuts.
Also upsetting that the husband knows the surrogate is blameless and it probably was the hospital’s fault, but he’s letting her ruin an innocent woman’s life because “It’s part of her grieving process.”
Watch: John Cena continues, “So, let’s try this one more time. Close your eyes.”
King
Worth noting that he protested loudly against the WWE doing a show in Saudi Arabia after the assassination of Jamal Khashoggi, and the company retaliated by making sure he hasn’t been on TV or PPV since. Not fired, of course, so they can keep selling merchandise with his face on it (and keep him from joining the competition), just out of the public eye so he and his protests gets forgotten by the fans.
Picture that: an ubiquitous celeb and household name like John Cena basically got black bagged and vanished for speaking up for human rights. That’s the power of capitalism, kids

fuck it, i never ever do those “reblog for X, this one really works!” posts, but this one doesn’t have any of that BS, this is just straight up wishing us good things; and then the comment doesn’t even say any of that either. Zero claims on this post, all positive vibes

Telegraph:
People complain about how if McDonald’s paid their employees more, they’d charge us more for food and those same people haven’t said a word when McDonald’s dramatically increased their prices over the past few years all while not increasing their employees pay by much at all
i love roy kent because he's so sad he just wants to play football he just wants to be around his girlfriend 24/7 he just wants to feel needed. he's angry and sad and he loves so much but he's scared of being left behind so he leaves everything before they can abandon him. he's so caught up on it being what's best for them that he doesn't consider what they actually want. he's such a complex character. he's childish and immature when he's upset and he's scared of most people seeing the real him. he's so so sad i love him so so dearly (also he's hot :)
Jamie Tartt’s inner monologue
(Also so true I agree)
ted asked jamie if he would be a lion or a panda, then after jamie said "coach, i'm me, why would I want to be anyone else?", Ted said "I don't think you understand how psychologically healthy that actually is." then jamie said "hold my beer" and turned out to be be the most damaged and least psychologically healthy person ever
