This paper test piece was made specifically to see how 2D pieces come along to a form... The way it was joined was really instinctively and just trying to make it into a certain shape.
This mesh test pieces I felt like it came out interesting but unfortunately joining it wasn't success because of the glue... With this particular test piece I wanted to express see through and something construct inside.
These wire tests represent each case study drawings with eyes closed. With this attempt I wanted to bring drawing into more 3D form. Seeing the tests from various angles gives the interesting impression and curiosity to keep finding new lines...
These are the paper models of peoples drawings combinations, even though it’s 2D this was necessary to see what outcome is possible and thinking how to incorporate this in further practice... Each piece represent different person and have been put together regard to the personality...
Since I got the object I started to make collages because it's experimentation and exploration. Different connections and almost creating something opposite to propeller gives so much freedom and options to test.
And here is my final pieces photoshoot in London result!
These are my oxidized final pieces with spray paint tests below...
These are more or less final designs, which are two big pendants that also should play with wearers face...
More of collages that includes a lot of different materials combined...
And here are a few of my test pieces related to propeller...
Getting back to what excites and interests me, which is looking how face interacts with jewelry piece itself...
More modeling but this time without using a face behind.
These are a few artists, which pieces were all different but have similar qualities and it is to rebuild something, do it differently by breaking old thinking about one or other objects and showing how it can be changed.
Here is the photos I took while being in Munich. I was trying to find some similar shapes to propeller.
In other project I didn't really involved any people but in this one I felt it's important interaction needed between those two. Here I am looking how the shapes looks on face and also when it leaves an empty space...
Her is my new project's object that I picked out- Propeller! The red color, size and function itself really interests me and that's why I picked it up...
Here's some close up pictures of my final brooches collection... This collection symbolize a close look at cancer cells which slowly connecting with each other. From the first glance, no one can tell that the actual process is way more advanced than it may seem in last picture. Making this collection I am raising question about ability to make this problem gone by changing its DNA. There's no right or wrong answer. It's just a rhetorical question that helps you look deeper into the future possibilities ...
