Well I figured it's finally time to make an update for the new year! Except this update isn't so happy....

I'll start off by going straight to the problem last night. I was home alone when a car came to my gate honking. Called my parents, coming straight home from the store (about 15-20 minutes away). About 5 minutes later, I hear knocking at my door. Now my gate is chained up, so mind you someone had to A, climb my fence, or B, open my gate (which isn't a possibility because when my dad came back, it was chained up the same way). Now figuring it was probably some customer of my dads, I understood they were out by the fence. But to have them come up to my door was a no-no. So I basically hid in my bathroom for 5 minutes until I saw a shadow outside my bathroom window, and then called the cops. First time I had to dial 911, want it to be the last. Everything was fine... ended up being a customer.. but the customer said he never came up to the door. Therefore I think it's my drug-dealing/wielding/stealing/binging neighbor's grandson and his friends. I think either the grandson or someone else came up to my door and then proceeded to knock and made my eight dogs go nuts. Then I went into the bathroom, locked door, saw shadow... etc. I think this grandkid was going to take advantage of the fact that nobody was home and was either going to break in or steal something from my shed... etc.

Now you know how I spent my night last night. This all happened within like 15 minutes, but it felt like freaking 45.
