Abandoned at Sea

We took a short trip this past weekend and went to Sanibel Island. We went fishing and there were many of these buildings on stilts sending out at sea. I thought this abandoned one had some character.

I don’t take too many candid pictures of people except they are family. I walked down by the river, near Takakkaw Falls. This young man soon followed me. I figured if he was going to be in my image, I should make him him the focal point.

Overlook

Last year I wanted to get a reflection of the mountains and was unsuccessful due to the weather. Here is a picture from last year. The first time I went out this year I was able to get a good reflection but you could not see the mountains due to the dense fog.
