Deadly egg recall

The FDA has upgraded an egg recall issued last month to “Class I,” its highest risk level, as it warns the public that consuming the products could cause “serious adverse health consequences or death.”

The recall of 1,589,577 dozen white-shell eggs and brown cage-free shell eggs was initially issued by Midwest Poultry Services in late July, which warned they might be contaminated with Salmonella Enteritidis.

According to the company, the eggs were produced and distributed from farms in Texas between June 6 and July 3 and have sell-by or best-by dates between July 20 and August 17. The recalled egg cartons have either the code P-1950 or 0840962 and Julian Dates between 157-184.

Recalled eggs were shipped to foodservice and retail customers in Texas, Oklahoma, and Louisiana.  Recalled eggs were available to consumers at Kroger stores in Texas and Louisiana; Brookshire Grocery stores in Texas, Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Louisiana, and other smaller retail and foodservice outlets in these states plus Mississippi and New Mexico.

Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana, Arkansas, Mississippi, and New Mexico are the currently affected states.

It's so weird to me that blocking has turned into such a serious thing only reserved for if someone did something wrong. I witnessed some discourse a few months ago around some content creator blocking someone and it blew up. They were harassed for "blocking someone for no reason". And I was like ??? cause there was a reason. They simply didn't want to see the blocked person's posts.

Blocking does not have to be some big gesture. I block people for being assholes but I'm also willing to block someone for giving a dumb take about my fav character. I've blocked people because I was tired of seeing their posts in a tag I'm browsing. I've blocked people who had opinions I agreed with but they were an ass about it. I've blocked people simply because I didn't like their personality or the vibe they gave off.

It's not that deep. You don't have to save blocking for "bad" people. If it brings you peace then do it. I promise you that you'll enjoy your internet experience much more if you block instead of engaging with the thing that's upsetting you.

i hate the take lwj had bad taste for falling in love with wwx because 15y/o wwx was fucking fantastic. he was a gift to this world. wwx was young, talented, clever, and friendly, he was playful and considerate and kind and had so much  love for everything. he wasn’t just a snack, he was a full course meal - one of those fancy ones with like 17 courses. yeah it’s a bit much at times but no one’s gonna deny that it’s worth it. oh poor lwj for falling in love with someone so - shut up! poor lwj for being so fucking blind. the dude laid eyes upon wwx, fell in love, and then joined the very exclusive club of people who find wwx annoying. and when i say exclusive i mean that it consists of like jc and that’s it. lwj likes to tell himself that he’s a member but he’s just lying to himself. he’s out there,,, acting annoyed,, emphasis on the ‘acting’ bc we all know that he was gone on wwx and rightfully so

witch hat atelier’s handling of gay representation is arguably just as funny as it is painful because straight out the gate shirahama throws two unmarried men cohabitating and raising multiple children together at you in that special manga way where you can kind of just assume that they’re not officially together purely because it’s not legal in japan. but then in like chapter 50 she introduces two side characters who stare directly into the camera and tell you that gay marriage is legal in zozah so you’re forced to spend the next entire 30-chapter arc wondering what the HELL qifrey’s problem is. and well. then she tells you
