Anyone planning to go Animate Girl's Festival this year? I don't really like the ticketing criteria and I'm thinking if it is worth the risk. 😔

Another new otome mobile game, Sengoku Night Blood, this time from collaboration of Otomate/Kadokawa/Marvelous. Nice graphics, voiced main story and straightforward gameplay are the strong points for this game. Storywise, it is the usual theme where modern girl gets lost in alternate universe, attacked by monsters, saved by hotties, discovers she’s the key to saving the alternate universe etc. The guys are divided into fraction, either werewolves or vampires though characters are based on Sengoku era. Each army is drawn by a different illustrator, you get to pick 1 army to start with but you can read other stories of other armies, provided you have enough Keys to unlock them.

So far, the confusing part for me is raising the stats for the cards since you can mix the 4 colours of Demon Crystal together or just stick to 1 colour. And then it’s suppose to progress on the card’s love map but I’m not sure which is the best way to progress on the map, balanced approach or target a certain aspect.

I’m uncertain if I want to add Sengoku Night Blood to my usual gaming apps. As for my thoughts on the first playthrough, it is pretty simple to manage. But the future events will be a deciding factor for me to either drop the game, play casually or make me invest in the game. I do hope it will not turn out disappointing to make me drop it.
