Thanks to Natasha for this portrait!

Fantastic keynote by Tricia Wang at Epic conference in London, already 2 weeks ago...

It is time to accept that the open ideal is failing, and that there are other paths to explore.

Merci Adeline!
I had a great time this morning at The PreWorkTalk organized by IxDS Berlin. The visionary introduction on "transformative services" by Nancy Birkhölzer was then perfectly illustrated by 4 food projects... That's what I call sense making! Thanks to IxDS for this enlightening morning.
Notes from "Sharing the city" workshop - organized by Cookies and code / Schillerpalais.
http://cookiesncode.com/2012/09/25/workshop-this-saturday-sharing-the-city/
This workshop have been the occasion to meet with other key actors (we are all key actors!) and to start a collaborative discussion/action around the actually struggling thema of gentrification in Berlin.
"The aim of the gathering is to meet others who would like to make a positive contribution towards addressing these issues that affect all our communities and to see what we can learn from past or existing initiatives."
For those interested to join, I post the next appointments on twitter.
"Business, design, and sustainability can no longer be approached or practiced separately and that one of the most powerful points at this intersection is meaning." Nathan Shedroff
Like everyday experiences have no boundaries:
People enjoy apps (service design / information design / digital design) on their Iphone (product design / digital design / service design) inside their car (transport design / service design) or while shopping (retail design / interior design / information design / product design...)...
Notes taken during "Design & Thinking" Berlin screening.
I have especially enjoyed the presentation by Claudia Brückner, Newthinking and the "Interactive Session" by Service Design Berlin (Olga Scupin, Katrin Dribbisch, Martin Jordan, Manuel Großmann), as they succeed to bring the audience directly to the subject.
The movie itself could have been more "Design thought"...
Developing a vision through the exploration of multiple fields help designing agile solutions.
