Other people reblogging this post have mentioned pages where you can buy gainer videos.  I’d recommend you start with the free stuff, but since that’s been brought up, I’ve generally found pay-for videos by TheBigBull, BallBellyBear, and Lardfill to be worth the money, with TheBigBull being my favorite.

It’s a shame the podcast tumblr shut down, because I still think it’s important to hear these discussions. It’s rather dark sometimes, and really highlights the importance of community support and understanding… and cash. Man, we need gaining communes.

Stop thinking

Stop thinking about all the important things you need to do. Don't worry about tomorrow. Take some deep breaths and order the most fattening meal you can. Right now, eating yourself immobile like a beached whale is the only thing you should worry about. Just look at you, a poor empty piggy who needs to be filled up. If you have already ate, don't worry about that either. Until your gut can't even jiggle, you need more food trapped in your gut. Your mouth is salivating just imagining your favorite foods leaving you out of breath and burping uncontrollably. You deserve to devour a huge feast. You need your belly to be pants ruining levels of full. Imagine your stomach was twice it's size, round, and aching so good. That's the best feeling isn't it. Your body can't hide its pleasure. Eating like a starving hog turns you on. Your body knows how fucking good that tight full feeling is. Having your sides ache while you rub and play with your belly button is sexy, so keep eating. Keep your gut filled and keep your mind empty.
