AM weight - 13st 8lbs
Took Harley a walk (45mins)
Breakfast - protein flapjack
Went to the gym (upper body)
Lunch - protein shake
Dinner - left over chilli con carne
Took Harley a walk (30mins)
PM Weight - 13st 9lbs
Water - 2litres
Steps - 15947
Still not feeling great but still got my workout done. Gym was also nice and quiet so that was a nice wee bonus
