small update to keep you in the loop: J4A meeting went incredibly well. They completely understand my situation and agree with my aims, and so we'll be working towards achieving those- I am not able to say much more than that but I am still keeping an open policy on my ambitions being about respect, and not about money. Still complete silence from the responsible parties, but with Justice for Artists working with me things are moving in a positive direction (still slept terribly though orz it was one hour at most...)
I still can't say when I'll be able to work on TPoH again, this whole thing has been/is still very traumatizing, but thank you for being so understanding, supportive, and patient. I couldn't ask for better fans.

Thank you to everyone who has been sending such kind messages, I promise I really do read them all, even if I can't reply, but while these messages are wonderful (and really. I mean it. just the nicest and most heartfelt things I've ever seen) the sad fact is they don't change my situation. But you can change it. You can help me.
If you know my situation, if you want to help me, please write to Glitch Productions. They are the only people who can, and I believe, might, be able and willing to save me. SMG4 has ignored me, even through a legal letter. I have no hope that they will do otherwise, but Glitch are a different case and I think they just genuinely don't know I exist. I have sent them a message, to no reply, but more messages means more of a chance they will notice. IF you are on twitter please message that way, I closed my account there years ago, and please be polite: I am not asking for hate, even if I've received it.
Even a short message will help. I need numbers, I need voices. My own voice is being drowned out, but you can speak for me as well.
For some points on the plagiarism under the read more (what I collected/organized while building up an email to send):
1) TIMELINE RGB was created long before, over a decade before Mr. Puzzles first debuted. (*RGB's first appearance may have been 2011, was a little iffy on that)
2) UNDENIABLY UNCANNY RESEMBLANCE The number of traits, some uniquely specific to and representative of RGB's design, that are copied in Mr. Puzzles design are too many to be chalked up to 'just a coincidence'
Especially when you look at the designs of all of the other TV head characters out there - I collected as many as I could find (though I'm sure there's more) and none of them come even close to sharing the number of similarities that these two do.
3) TV MODEL AND DESIGN CHOICES While looking up references for older TVs, I found that for the exact TV they're based on (small retro box TV with knobs in the upper right of the TV and an antenna) most of the references didn't have a vent on the side of them like RGB and Mr. Puzzles do.
I looked up 4 different reference terms, and still had to scroll a while before I found one that matched exactly (above collection just a general sample/example of types of TVs I found). Unless my browsers are wigging out, either the pictures that would come up for these kinds of TVs were different in 2023, or this exact combination of features are just not very common for this style of TV. If that's the case, it may be a bit strange to design a character with those features together.
Here's where that distinction is important: Mr. Puzzles as a character doesn't have much of a reason to go with this design over other styles of similar TVs. But RGB does. The vents on the sides of RGB's head aren't just an aesthetic choice - they're included as a legitimately integral part of the story-line (Negative RGB). The same can be said for a number of other choices Modmad has made, down to individual items of clothing, that show just how much thought and intention and consideration went into every aspect of RGB's design.
Which makes it that much more frustrating to see him get plagiarized in such a careless manner by people who don't even seem to put much care into their own character (common criticism I've read that SMG4 fans have had about Mr. Puzzles and his 'arc').
4) OTHER PEOPLE, EVEN THOSE WHO HADN'T HEARD ABOUT THE SITUATION FROM MOD, NOTICED This has been noted by fans of both series since Mr. Puzzles first came out.
Some people may have found more points than this, but these are what I stumbled upon. Hopefully helps bring a little more context to the situation.

you said that some followers of mine have been disappointed in me for partaking in the tsams harassment document, since I am a creator a lot of people look up to. I am not answering the ask itself because it has a blog mentioned, but I will answer your worries about the situation the best I can.
I am not going to talk about the drama itself since I have retained myself from discussing and spinning things any further about the situation.
But those of you who are mad at me for being part of the document; please at least read my part of it, if you haven't already.
The document was made as an archive for the victims of that hate blog (biased-tsams-confessions). Every screenshotted post on the document is available publicly, and all I did was allow my content and posts about the situation to be used in the document.
I was an unnecessary victim of the hate blog. Had no one name-dropped me in that blog and caused me to get anons and not-anons harass me and claim that I was one of the people sending minors gore, I would not have needed to publicly talk about anything relating to the drama. I would not be in the document if I wasn't a victim of being wrongly assumed to support NSFW being sent to minors. Which is a heavy allegation.
The document is not about the gore anon victims. It's about the victims of the witch hunt that people caused by starting to blame innocent people for being or supporting the gore anons.
I am not asking myself to be removed from the document. I am there as a victim. The other people in the document, as well as their actions, have nothing to do with me, or my part in this, other than them being my friends/mutuals in the fandom, and victims of the same hate blog and witch hunt. If some of them have answered or reacted aggressively to something regarding the situation, it is on them. It is not my job to decide what my friends/mutuals are allowed to answer or do.
During this whole time, I have kept saying over and over that people should just block and move on and ignore and not vague about each other, but I cannot control other people besides myself.
I do not support harassment of any kind. But I am also not going to be silent for being a victim. Even if I was just a small misstep for the hate blog, I was still targeted because of them. I was truly ready to just forgive them and put it all behind me, if their reply to my request to apologise to me publicly hadn’t been so aggressive, and they hadn’t targeted another innocent person later (Z). The mod responding to my dm said I was manipulating them, and that they didn't believe me. So their posted apology wasn't genuine, it was just them trying to save themselves from me exposing them.
If you think I should've not allowed my posts to be part of the document then I want to ask you this:
Should a victim be quiet about being harassed just because the other harassed people have said or done something you disagree with?
Again, what I had to deal with was very small compared to some of the other people the hate blog targeted, but even a small victim is a victim if they gained harm from it.
As what comes to the document: I did not write it, nor did I read it until it was publicly shared. All I did was give my permission to use my posts in it.
I was aware that the doc included names of the people who have also participated in or supported the harassment by the hate blog or shattered.
I did not find the list of supporters necessary to include, and I told the others this. The list has recently been removed by the owner of the document after new information has come to light. I know this will not erase the fact the names were there.
I am not making statements about the harassment supporters mentioned in the doc, because I am not going to dig up if they should be there or not. I have spent too much time on this drama publicly already, when all I wanted to do was ignore it and let my friends vent their frustration to me privately if needed.
Despite the situation being what it is, I have wanted to stay neutral in it, besides the hate blog which is the sole reason I had to pipe up in the first place. I have been keeping my stance neutral between the two groups. I have not blocked anyone from either side (except the hate blog), and I have no hard feelings towards my friends, or my followers who are disagreeing with each other.
If you want me to apologise for being part of the document, I'm sorry but I can't. It's the same as saying "I'm sorry I talked about being harassed."
If you still feel like you're personally affected by my involvement in this, or you are a follower of mine getting harassed because of this document, please DM me and I'll try to help you out the best I can.
The blogs mentioned in the document have not been actively harassing me, and those who did take part in smearing my name I will not name, because I genuinely think they realised their mistake (unlike the hate blog) and understood that I have nothing to do with the gore anons nor do I believe they were a hoax.

the fact that i’m not even allowed to make friends without it being labeled as “manipulation” is ableist- and rude. both to alex, for having their name dragged through the mud, and me for being talked about as if i have no autonomy or ability to think for myself.

This situation has gotten far out of hand.
How miserable do you need to be to have a dedicated hate blog and just firing off a gun in every single direction to eliminate the gore anon, while in reality are shooting innocent people.
This blog purposely spreads misinformation, and lies and constantly name-drops people they don't like to spread hate in the community and it's honestly disgusting.
You can disagree with someone and just..... not do all this?
I'm silent on this, because I know they just love to twist words and intentions because they do not care if they are becoming the harassers they want to get rid of.
The "Victim Blamers" that they are referring to, all spread a post around saying that sending hyperlinks or images of gore on Anon was physically impossible as it broke Tumblr's TOS." They all then said, that "The Gore anon probably has dummy accounts or throwaways if they are sending images."
Me being one of the ones who suggested Dummy accounts and believing that there was someone out there sending gore to minors and telling people what to do if they came across such a thing.
I am convinced my words will be twisted here, but I could care less what people think about me.
What I care about is that there is a group of people out there, just going around and harassing anyone who they dislike. The fact that @staff has not taken a closer look at @/biased-tsams-confessions blog and just see it's pages upon pages of just spreading hate and harassment and cyberbullying and stalking. It's shameful and sad.
I am not usually up to reblogging fandom-related drama on my blogs but this one affected me personally, as I was also targeted by this hate blog a few days ago.
I wasn't going to give it another thought since they deleted the initial confession, but the damage was already done since I was tagged in a post that claimed me to be one of those people who sent gore to minors. The post was deleted before I could screenshot it and I did not understand what it was referring to at first. I know who posted it, but since they're a minor and deleted the post, which I greatly appreciate, I will not name them.
What was my sin to be name dropped on this hate-spreading blog? Reblog a post that Dana mentioned above, with a vague tag for me to look at it again later because it was getting so many sub-threads under the reblogs.
Here's the screenshot of me asking the hate blog to clear up my name after being put up on their targeted harassment wall. And what they replied to me. The "evidence" they're talking about, was the post I just mentioned. Or idk, just being mutuals/friends with the people this blog is targeting the most.
I don't understand where these people got the understanding that some people were claiming the gore anons are not real? The post I reblogged about the discussion pointed out that these gore anons needed to make burner accounts to send or submit gore to anyone's inbox or send a copypaste link on anon (hyperlinks don't work, unless these anons were like the recent scammer anons who figured how to post hyperlinks) I don't think any of my mutuals have said "gore anons are not real".
^ Correct me about this if I'm wrong, I obviously don't keep up with posts that don't really have anything to do with me or my interests.
Pointing fingers and blaming innocent people for sending gore to minors is not the right way to approach a situation like this, and I feel so bad for the actual victims of these gore anons that are probably just watching this shit show of their trauma being used as a weapon to harass other people and creators.
All of my blogs are, and will remain safe places for victims of harassment, bullying, and any real-life crimes. I try to keep my online spaces positive most of the time, because this is where I go to enjoy my whimsy fictional stuff to escape the harsh reality irl. But sometimes I have to address more serious things like this.
I've also seen the argument of the harassing being justified because my mutuals and I are aphobic for shipping Solar and Nexus (from Tsams) and "forcing" it to the canon.
First, no one is literally forcing the ship to be canon? I don't understand where this argument comes from. Just because someone reblogs a silly shippy post to their blog and tags it with "canon" doesn't mean they're actually pushing it to the canon? It's just another way to say "I like this so much, it makes me happy".
The suggestion thread of getting Alex to help with the show's writing was not trying to push the ship to be canon. Alex doesn't even ship it. She's just neutral about it but supports her friends who like the ship. I wouldn't wish a heavy shipper to help write the shows. Part of the happiness that comes from shipping (for me at least) is the fact it would never be canon, so I can explore so many different things with it. I don't usually ship canon ships at all, because they already have content in canon. I wanna create stuff that gives me the freedom of using already existing characters and making silly little puppet shows with them for my own entertainment.
Second, shipping canonically aroace characters with someone is not aphobic. Fictional fanworks and fandom have nothing to do with the canon, and they do not erase the canon aroaceness. It's the same thing as shipping a canon bisexual or homosexual character with a character of the opposite sex. Or shipping a canon straight character with same-sex character. Does this make the character any less straight, bi- or homosexual in the CANON? No!
Canon and Fanon are two very different things:
Canon: what the official writers do with the characters
Fanon: what the fans in the fandom do with the characters
If you prefer seeking for fanworks where the canon aroace character is represented as sex/romance repulsed aroace, then do it! Create and engage with works that fit your needs! But don't call other people aphobic for making and liking fanworks where the aroace character is sex/romance favourable, demi, or even figures out they're not even ace.
I am a sex favourable ace, and I like to write characters from my personal point of aceness, most often demi. You can do the same, with whatever headcanon you like.
You should enjoy and engage in fanworks that make you happy, and what suits your needs for the characters. But don't force everyone else to suit your interests. Every single person behind the screen is their own individual who enjoys things in their own way. Just because you're not into shipping something, doesn't mean you can police about the ship to those who enjoy it.
I am posting this on my main here, instead of just my name dropped side-blog ( @kuuchaos ), because the post reached this account too and I had to make a post here before as well.
To my followers who read this: please be aware of this blog and what it does. They claim to fact check the claims they do, but as far as I'm aware, they don't. They just want to hate people they don't like.
Stay safe and block the blog. No one deserves to be harassed by simply being friends, mutuals or followers of someone just because someone else doesn't like them or has an argument with them.
To my friends/moots Alex, Dana, Ceph, Bruja, Polaris, Z and others affected by this hate campaign; I'm so sorry you guys need to read shitty stuff sent to you by anons and other sources this blog associates with. Your words have been twisted and you have been painted as the villain for something you had no business with, other than being a shipper of something these people disagree with.
I am really sorry especially to the starter of this thred, Z, as this hate blog gave Z's irl stalker a platform to continue stalking and harassing Z. That is so scary. The hate blog deleted the post made by the stalker, but as I said, even if you delete it later, some damage has already been done. Giving a real stalker who is an actual threat to someone a platform to spread their harm is really low, even from a fandom hate blog.
You are endangering real people in the name of ship-hate, or to 'avenge' the victims of the gore anons. I haven't spoken to any of the victims myself, but my DMs are open and safely sealed if someone needs a shoulder in all of this. As a victim of something horrible too (not internet gore, but some other nasty stuff) I'd honestly feel really disgusted if my trauma was used to bully others and put them in real danger over it.

Hi hope you have a good day! this is regarding sams- hope is ok!mostly on the AU views- as anon told you- the show seems "family center" yet also in a lore episode we get another character admit that "being brothers is a rather rare thing to happend" making it canon that many different relationships can happen -- not only that- the show itself has been showing time and time again many "dimentions" where people is different! so yea! you will be safe (the lore itself is a mess so is all good)
Hahah, yeah! I'm honestly glad the show has established that every AU and relationship is welcome to exist, because of the limitless multiverse! The show is just the "family universe". The next universe might be exactly the same, except for a one tiny change, and so on. Every choice the characters make splits into multiple other universes.
But I have seen that not many fans of the show get that. Which is honestly really sad, because the canon seems to include a lot of dimension travelling, so having AUs based on the show where things go a bit differently isn't a sin, it's what fandoms are made of.
And I happen to enjoy those AUs that aren't canon to the channel, because tbh, at this point I know way more about the AUs of the fics I've been reading, as I haven't watched many episodes since Old Moon's death lol.
I genuinely hate that a lot of fandoms nowadays also seem to think that "if it isn't canon, it shouldn't exist and we need to go and bark at people about it". Which as a fandom veteran, is absolutely ridiculous.
Fandom is mostly about playing pretend. You can call yourself a fan of something if you enjoy it. But fandoms form from the endless possibilities of twisting the canon to fit ones needs.
For me it's shipping characters and writing fluffy and angsty stories about characters falling in love or being in love.
For someone else it might be genderbending the characters. Or making them open a coffee shop. Or make non-organic characters organic, or humans. Fandom is always about playing pretend. It never erases canon. And it never needs to be canon.
I wish people would just let others to enjoy things the way they want without trying to fight and hate ships and character interpretations just because it's "not canon".

I didn’t watch cause I’m currently protesting by not watching any of the lore until the higher ups reverse their decision of having Davis, Reed, and Kat produce only lore for 6 days a week.

Earth literally said any good he ever did for her was negated by almost killing and told Sun that made him worse than the Creator since at least HE never tried to kill her and both of them no longer care about him.
When he WASN’T TRYING TO KILL HER AT ALL and the Creator has done far worse shit over all for much longer.
That was the last straw for me.
Like, Earth’s compassion and emotional intelligence has just gone down the toilet and she’s just become the stereotypical little sister that gets whatever she wants.
I used to love her as a character but now I hate her nearly as much as I hate Monty.
Especially hearing about yesterday’s episode and her excusing what Monty did to Lunar as “funny”.
