“Suicide Sunday” by The Friday Night Boys

While at dinner the other night, trivia was going on and there was a category around the word stuttering. It immediately reminded me of this song “Stuttering” by The Friday Night Boys (which I definitely recommend also checking out). 

Heading down memory lane while listening to their album, Off The Deep End I came across this song, “Suicide Sunday.” The song title alone makes it seem like a dramatic emo inspired song but don’t judge a song by its title. While they do sing about it being a suicide Sunday, it’s not because they’re close to taking their life – but more so that they feel dead from the partying the night before. 

It seemed like a fitting song as this weekend of celebrating America may have already gotten to people. Hopefully this overally pop-infused song will spark some life back into you or validate doing nothing on a Sunday – either way give it a listen above.

The SHIELD Shopping

I’ve looked at this too long. Don’t even like anymore really. But hay! Shield going shopping. I imagine Seth would be in ‘get'er done mode’, Dean being absolutely no help, and Roman just going along for the ride.

LMFAO. Why does this fit their dynamics so damn perfectly? Its way too adorable for words. Dean the little brat would definitely put himself in the cartwheel and whine constantly while also putting in all kind of silly items in the cart while Roman casually puts them back on the shelves promoting Dean to pout until he finds the next shinny thing to grab. Seth would get in a real serious down to business mum mood. Roman ‘Dad’ Reigns is perfect too.
