No, they DO suck. Yeah, Andy’s job is awful - but the things they do only make it more difficult for her. She wanted that job. She wanted to do well at that job. But even before she changed herself, they were already making her life miserable and stealing her phone when Miranda called and complaining that she wasn’t around. She was doing her job, and they had no respect for that. They’re awful friends.

Also, they were perfectly happy with her job when they were getting the latest Marc Jacobs bag, Clinique Skincare, Bang and Olufsen Phones etc, just not when she needed to actually work. The perks were great for them, but that’s all they cared for, which is pretty damn selfish.
