Work in Progress shot of my map :)
Learning how to animate! Here’s my attempt on a rolling off a platform and bouncing ball. Still needs some polishing, it feels off.
HoloLens Journal 1.10.17
With Parallels installed on my macbook, I finally was able to download all the needed software for the HoloLens to communciate with my laptop. Visual Studio, HoloLens Emulator, and a bunch of extra add-ons for Unity. In addition, with a Git Repository.
Peter and I were able to finally get the project to be projected as a hologram on the HoloLens! (Huzzah!) Because of the controls are so different than the prototype’s controls (with the keyboard keys and mouse). We decided to start anew entirely from scratch in order to implement the controls in.
Brock who specializes primarily in programming was able to get a ray-casting done on the new model and we’re currently trying to transition it into the ‘gestures’ of the HoloLens. (It’s a bit tricky)
Kevin on the other hand is currently working on the UI component which eventually become the menu and tutorial.

Fold and Seek (Title may be changed) #FoldAndSeek
Started in March 2017, in this independent study, I am aiming to challenge myself to better myself as a game developer, especially in the programming aspect in Unity as well as the 3D modeling aspect. The aesthetic of this game is everything is made out of paper!
The premise of this game is that the old emperor passed away from old age and there was to be a new enthronement of the new emperor. The three treasures of Japan are to be taken to the ceremony to acknowledge the enthronement of the new emperor. Due to the legendary status of these items, a ninja was given a contract to steal these three priceless items. The three priests are notified of this dilemma, they each take the three treasures and must fold themselves into origami to merge with their environment until the sanctuary opens. The ninja must find the three priests within the shrine before time is up.
Ambitious 3D Modeling Project! (On Hiatus)
I plan on making several models of my friend’s pokemon OCs! At least I hope to, depending on my time frame throughout the year. I got one currently in progress, almost complete. I will post the other’s rotations here when they are finished! These are models I’d like to do in my free time. Lucario - Updated December 14th. Currently on Hiatus to concentrate on studies and other projects.

GLOBAL GAME JAM 2016 / 2017
Team Name: Peanut Butter n’ Game Jam
In January 2016, I had an amazing opportunity to work with several talented game developers! For this Game Jam, I worked as a 3D modeler, texture artist, and concept artist. Throughout the weekend, I got to learn how Brandon animated various things, listened to various clips of different music that Ben created, and worked along with Alex in programming in Unreal while getting the chance to program myself with Alex’s help. It was an experience that I will never forget.
Below is our Gameplay Video!
In January 2017, Peanut Butter n’ Game Jam reunited! We created a new game with the Oculus Rift! Its called Bass Cannon: Cogs from Space Hell. I got to do some more 3D modeling work and had a lot of fun collaborating with the team along with new team members.

The 3D MAZE - a mini Game Jam
For one of my classes in September 2016, we had a time limit to create a game. I believe we had 8 hours to create a full working game. This includes designing, brainstorming, programming, and debugging. I had decided to create a 3D modeled maze. The design and brainstorming process can be seen above and the final outcome for the game is seen below! There were a lot of bugs and lack of features due to the time limit. I definitely learned a lot about the game-designing process as well as time management.
Aquifis and Infernus
A team of five including me created a three player game where two players play as Infernus and Aquifis (the fire and water characters) and a third player that plays a role in gravity controlled through a kinect. The three players must work together to gather the gems to open the door and continue their way into the dungeons.

My very first game ever created with Unity created in May, 2015 called SoundTrack!
The concept was a little fish who always wanted to be a musician! But how can a little fish with little flipper ever hope to create music? By bouncing on notes!! The goal is to complete a song by bouncing on each note to the other side.
The songs were based on short musical songs such as Legend of Zelda songs from Ocarina of Time and Mario Brothers theme songs. Because of this, I could not publish this game to public due to copyright purposes.
Pretty much done!! May add more details and adjust the lighting for better results. Total Time: 15 hours and 18 mins
got the legs up and running! :D I used the Nurbs to make the general shape and then worked on polishing it. Now gotta get the arms
Hololens!
I have a game project with a team of four - Kevin, Peter and Brock. We’re gonna make a game for the Hololens! We are currently in the middle of designing the game. But here are a few photos to show off of our designing process! Since this is the first designing a game for the HoloLens, we are starting with some simple ideas and grow from there!
Will keep you updated as we progress further into the project!
Progression of the Tiss Model!

Being silly with the model! I’m currently practicing my 3D modeling skills and decided to use my friend’s Pokemon OC/PokeSona as practice!
Here’s his link to his deviantart as well as his pokesona that I am trying to portray… http://tisserovehicks.deviantart.com/ http://tisserovehicks.deviantart.com/art/Com-Annoyed-418044194
Welcome to my Game Development Blog!
Here you’ll find the shenanigans of Hanna that will vary between updates/documentation of current projects. I do programming, debugging, and my favorite, 3D modeling!
I have one big project in progress! -HoloLens Project with my team at my college As well as any other little personal projects
