“4 am?” dax repeated with a small whine escaping his lips. he supposed he had dealt with worse, but he did enjoy his sleep! and well,, he may or maybe not enjoy staying up all night to game as well. but details- he supposed a day wouldn’t hurt. “well, alright then, you got yourself a deal! anything specific i need to bring or do? i’m not exactly an expertise on the modeling world.” he admitted. “c’mon ink! you gotta hit harder than that.” dax cheered on as he allowed himself to take the blow inko dished out on him. though he was a hacker, the team worried for the boy after the last incident that occurred at their mission. thus, while everyone was recooperating, andrew enlisted the help of dax to help refine a few of inko’s moves. now while dax was one of the more unassuming of fighters, he did know a thing or two!! andrew taught him since he was young after all. besides, dax had always liked inko anyhow, so he didn’t find any qualms with it.( @gamerbci )

“Thanks I guess.” Liam was sure that the boy was trying to make him feel better by saying that he’s still alive but Liam didn’t know. “I’ve been around for so long and have seen so many things. I don’t even know how many friends I’ve left behind at this point,” Liam stated. “I know a few demons and devils, but I used to be a human until… I’d like to die like humans do.” Liam hated talking about what caused him to be like this but he did miss being human. // @gamerbci

dax took in his words with a nod. “i get it. after a while, living forever doesn’t exactly sound idea. isn’t there some kind of cure for vampirism?” he inquired. ( @notmainstreamenough )

“You agree so easily, and you haven’t even found out the full conditions.” Glacia raised a brow, sending Dax a look of mild disappointment. “Be careful, you’ll get yourself into predicaments that way.” Reaching over, she slid the folder over to his side of the table. It didn’t need to be this formal, but she’d always preferred professionalism over causality. You never knew who was watching. “We just need you to model those clothes and you’ll be paid. Seems rather easy, right?”

dax offered a shrug of his shoulders. “eh, i’m used to it at this point.” he admitted with a bit of a laugh. it came with the territory of happening to have a majority of your friends dabble in more than a little bit of crime! “sure! it seems easy enough. there are not any catches are there?” he questioned. admittedly he got a bit paranoid, though what harm could really come from modelling? andrew did it just fine. frankly he didn’t care who saw, dax was just so thrilled! he recalled the shock he was in when he first heard the news of his sister carrying his future niece and nephew in her body. he recalled having to keep it a secret for so long that he jumped out of a window to avoid telling his parents! and now? they were finally here!! it was finally the day!!( @futcresight )

“Wow we have so much in common,” Liam sarcastically joked. “Although, do you count the undead as alive? Undead means back from the dead but if they’ve been dead once then how can they return to being alive?” Liam hummed at that inquiry. “Sometimes I wish for death.” More like all the time. // @gamerbci

“well i’m pretty sure you are still considered alive? you definitely are in spirit!” dax nodded to himself with a grin. “but why do you want death? i get you probably have had some not so great times maybe losing people who weren’t immortal or whatever, but surely you have friends who also have as long of a lifespan as you??” ( @notmainstreamenough )

astrid returned his hug with a sneaky grin upturned upon her lips. “in this one, obviously!” she exclaimed as her war cry before she attacked his side with his fingers. the little benefits of dax was that he was ticklish which made it easy to inflict chaos upon his existence. // @gamerbci

dax let out a small screech as he became at the mercy of astrid, letting out hysterical laughter, trying in vain to squirm from her grasp. he totally should have seen that coming, but it was hard to think straight when he was in the presence of such a beauty he was lucky enough to call his girlfriend!
