AU Explanation:
Wally Darling is trapped working for Home as the host of a deadly gameshow that focuses on the lives of the contestant
How does the show work?
Wally and Home picks a contestant and offers them to risk their life for the prize to win almost anything they want, This deal is made with the contract. The contestants are aware they can potentially die.
Every episode it may have different kinds of challenges but the important goal is that they will be asked questions about their lives and they need to answer honestly. One wrong answer leads to death. It's pretty easy, just don't lie to Wally! Wait, how did he know this much about you? What are you hiding? Why are you hiding?
Things to know
Not every ask will be drawn
There will be lore and angst
I said it in the tw, I'll say it again, this is a dark AU that has murder, horror imagery, etc.
NO NSFW and NO SUGGESTIVE asks
No Weird and Innapropriate asks. You may ask Wally about his thoughts on love. But do not harass him.
No bullying, hate, proshippers, offensive, egc. asks. If you're someone problematic, dni please.

What is this AU about?
Inspired by The Show That Goes Wrong, Broken Theatre is a Welcome Home AU where Sally and the gang are all a part of an amateur theatre group named Welcome Home Organization of Real Entertainment.
But every show ends up in disaster with missing props, wrong cues, terrible actors, major accidents that results in property damage and hospitalization. Nevertheless, their annoying ego doesn't stop them.
Will they ever reach their dreams of being broadway stars?
... Well we have very low expectations.

Sally Starlet
The Director
The founder and the director of this amateur theatre group, she formed the group when she was in college with herself and three other members. Everyone sees her to be too bossy and easy to rile up. It's been a dream of hers to go big as a director and actor in the theatre community. Sometimes, she's willing to do anything for those dreams, even when she makes false promises and scams her way through.
Poppy Partridge
Stage Crew + Additional Actor + First Aid
One of the first 4 members of the group, she is Sally's good friend for a long time so she didn't mind helping her. She used to study to be a nurse but now she's a part of Sally's team. Poppy is a bit skittish when it comes to acting and would sometimes get stage frights that she'd rather do supporting roles than a lead. Her ability to improv is lackluster, when things go out of control, she still tries to stick to the script even if it doesn't make sense anymore.
Barnaby B. Beagle
Writer + Self proclaimed Lead Actor
Also part of the first four members, the group started out with Barnaby and Sally being a double act with him being their writer. Barnaby is so full of self confidence, sometimes he even puts others down before him. He believes he's the greatest actor in this group so every show performed is mostly for his self interest.
Frank Frankly
The Stage Manager
The last of the first 4 members, he joined for tech since Sally said that it will help him with college credit or it'll look good on his resume, it didn't, but she wanted someone to handle the technical stuff. Eitherway, Frank became Sally's right hand man despite their constant bickering and fighting every single day. He's just as serious as Sally when it comes to the show but he'll actually try to prioritise the actor's health and safety more than having a good performance.
Wally Darling
Actor + Designer
Wally is the main reason why the group has a theatre in the first place, since his father is a producer for big movies and tv shows. He joined the group just to see what'll happen. He's not a good actor because of the lack of emotions he puts in them and constantly forgets his own lines. But Sally had to play nice to him to not lose the grant money for the theatre.
Eddie Dear
Stage Crew + Designer + Additional Actor
A helping hand backstage hired for the group to fix any leaking pipes or loose floorboards. Sally made him help with stage and prop design too, she even make him act if ever they need more actors. The problem is, he's too clumsy and forgetful. Eddie forgets his lines, he'd trip over someone, if people got hurt on stage due to a technical issue, it's mostly Eddie's fault, but it's hard to hate him for it because he is such a friendly soul and stayed kind when everyone else act in such a harsh way.
Howdy Pillar
Stage Crew + Additional Actor
The most talented member of the group, he can sing, he can dance, he can act. He's very helpful backstage and would do amazing onstage. But his work always go unnoticed, the group barely pays attention to him even though he's a constant yapper. What he'd talk about is usually whatever he's selling that day, crystals, DVDs, some Swedish snacks, he's always advertising something and would also break character to sell a bunch of junk to the audience.
Julie Joyful
Actor
She used to be a part of a band with her siblings, but once that broke off, Sally jumped in immediately and convinced her to join their group. She'd take her acting very seriously because it's her reputation on the line with these amateurs, but the more she hangs out with them, the more she'd relax and let loose of her personality, she behaves more goofily and hyper than what she'd act like in public. Julie still wants to be a big star of all things and trusts that Sally would eventually make that happen.
Game show host brought me a lot of comfort when it was active, I'm glad to see that the blog is updated here and there still. Sending all the love your way Blue and Game show host ❤️❤️❤️

Gameshow Host Wally has became a very important and comforting character that I ever played around it and didn't regret making this AU.
And it makes me happier that this guy became a source of comfort for you guys as well!

Just remember, you are never alone during valentine's. Don't forget to kiss the skeletons in the closet right on the forehead, give chocolates to the monsters living under your bed, and to also recite your poetic affection in pig latin to the screaming ghouls in the mirror.
Do this for your own safety.
The burn from the germs of your lips to their exposed bones will scare them away.
The monsters are probably allergic to chocolate and you can roast their bodies and create a feast.
The ghouls will be confused and just walk away.
There's nothing more special than being safe and watching the television in peace without any skeletons, monsters, and ghouls bothering your binge watching of The Muppets while eating chocolate covered roast meat.
The rats can stay though, they host great karaoke nights in the walls.
