❀┋ Michael.
“I am from another country, some may say I am from another world due to my dark arts.
How curious this child is. The ebony clad duelist had only gave his seldom expression, a straight face. .Yet.. He should answer the question of where he is from. Just to be nice to a extent.
“I am Michael. Hailing from the country of Italy, a large realm to explore. With beauties of buildings, water, and women.”
Yet he stopped to give a small chuckle to Foleo. He couldn’t help it.
“Pray heed, you are a child. I’m sure you are yet thinking of flights of fancy with women.”
DARK ARTS? SO THEN, was Michael a mage of sorts? Foleo’s own father was known for his prowess in such things (an ability he himself had inherited), and Nohr was home to many who practiced the same. So then, why would Michael be seen as otherworldly for it? He was about to question that, but then the other spoke again - a simple jest, but one that rendered Foleo taken aback. It wasn’t necessarily an embarrassing topic, but he was unsure how to respond.
He felt a bit awkward, truthfully. Bashful, Foleo’s eyes drifted to his side, cheeks lighting in a faint, rosy pink.
“Erm... I’m certainly not particularly interested in that sort of thing at the moment, no.” Although it was not because of his age - it simply was something Foleo focused little on. Prior to the war’s end, healing the wounded had been his priority. After it all settled, he took to assisting his family in the court as much as possible.
Once more, he lifted his gaze to face the stranger, willing his own lips to smile. “But your home sounds splendid, if I may say so. Is it far from here? I can’t say I’ve ever heard of it.” There was a pause as he blinked in realization. “Oh! And my name is Foleo. It’s a pleasure to make your acquaintance, Sir Michael.”
