Julie Rolsen, owner of Garth Woodside Mansion, can be found among the streets of Hannibal, Missouri spending her spare time painting the fire hydrants throughout downtown. She calls this project the Hannibal Hydrant Project, with the goal of beautifying Hannibal, as well as to give both locals and tourists something fun to see.
If you can't find Rolsen out painting, you'll likely find her at the historic Garth Woodside Mansion, a bed and breakfast and one of Missouri's most romantic wedding venues, owned and operated by Rolsen and her husband John.
