BJ Superstition: The Scottish Hunt

Item 100: You know how if you step on the Reynolds Club seal, you won’t graduate in four years, or if you don’t bury a statue of St. Joseph upside-down in the yard, you won’t sell your house? Well if you don’t do this Item, you won’t win Scav Hunt. Establish a team superstition and see that it is followed throughout the Hunt. The superstition of whichever team wins the Hunt was clearly correct, so keep that in mind for the future. Superstitions should be announced at the Ærie so we can watch for them.

BJ’s superstition: S-C-A-V cannot and shall not be written, typed or put to text in any format, digital or physical. The Hunt shall heretofore be referred to in written or typed correspondence as “the Scottish Hunt”. People who have broken this rule must run around the courtyard 3 times and knock on the door to the war room until someone tells them that they may enter.

Overseen at Class of 2015 Senior Week

Hmm. On the one hand,  the presumption that there ever needs to be a final Scav item is patently false (seriously ‘15… come back next year. We’ll miss you), and I’m definitely sure we’re not getting residuals. On the other hand, that’s a pretty dope Steve Zissou hat that Phoenix is sporting. We’ll let this one slide.

Look who dropped in to this weekend’s Judge Meeting! Is That famed Scav Progenitors and Judges of the 1980s, Robert Hallberg, Diane Kelly, Nolan McCarty, and Cassie Scharff mingling with the cabal of today? I do believe it is! And they are meeting in a Scav Judge’s natural habitat: an over-crowded apartment! The more things change…
