Basic shape of the blade has been blocked out in pink styrofoam. This is being shipped to Austria, so keeping the weight down is a concern. The styrofoam will be coated in resin (most likely epoxy) for strength and durability. Next step is the hinge mechanism out of wood and then the handle out of PVC. #bloodborne #bloodbornecosplay #sawcleaver #styrofoam

One super fun aspect of this project was getting to do some actual design work, a nice break from making replicas. This one was designed by Daniella, based off the shiny chrome cars of Mad Max, with an approach of making it look like parts scavenged from an auto shop. Working on a celty helmet commission. Making styrofoam forms for the ears then we’ll be putting epoxy/glass over the top to harden it.

Also played around with FB live-streaming a bit so might do that a bit in the future. :)

D.Va logos for pistols if you need to print yourself out some waterslide decals.  Note if you get a pistol from us,, they include the appropriate decals.  This is just for people who might be making their own. This is for personal use only.  Do not use for commercial purposes without my consent. The logos should be big enough for anyone who needs to print for a pistol, but if for some reason you need larger, message me as I have vectors/pdfs available. Most waterslide decals print white as clear, so for the HB50 we’ve found the easiest way is to paint a strip of white underneath and waterslide the decal over the top as a kind of mask.  There are waterslides that print white but I hate the finish of them.
