Naturally your mind might morph that picture into something else, don’t resist it, just let it happen and focus on whatever your mind shows you. Do this whilst affirming “I am in the void state” or whatever makes you feel comfortable.

THEN BOOM. Void state. Like woah that was so quick it was genuinely hilarious. For a sec i said everything is pink then i saw it turning pink then i panicked and everything went black again and i could feel my body again.
