My sister is making me watch the Atla movie. Maybe I’ll make it through and stay sane. We‘ll see though.

Ok so I’m a big anime person and the one that got me into anime was My Hero Academia and my family just got Hulu so I decided to get my parents into it as well. We just finished the fight with the Hero Killer and my dad goes “ok hear me out. If there’s an One for All like with All Might then I feel like Stain is sorta like the All for One in this universe, like the polar opposite.” and so that’s how my dad predicted the major villain in the series despite having no knowledge of AFO
Well, well, well, will you look at that? It’s Pride again.
You know the drill by now. It’s June 1, and suddenly everything from banks to big box stores has slapped a rainbow on their logo. Rainbow capitalism knows how to target LGBTQIA+ customers. For exactly 30 days of the year. How quaint.
Of course, it’s nice to make things bright, and colorful, and pretty. But it’s meaningless if that’s all it is.
Pride should be about uplifting and celebrating you, the community. And it should be year-round, not just 8.22% of the year. So, we’re signal-boosting your posts that celebrate, support, and honor all genders and sexualities over here. Follow to keep your dashboard lovely and gay as hell all year round.
And, yes, we’re also making a bit of a fuss right here on @celebrate (apparently, we just can’t help ourselves). So if you’re interested in talking about what Pride means to you or want to celebrate Pride but don’t know how to go about it this year, we made a fun little 30-day Share Your Pride Challenge list. Because you do, in fact, deserve to be celebrated.
Tag your posts with #ShareYourPride if you want to make them a little easier for other people to find. And Tumblr? Happy Pride. We’re glad you’re here.
Ok so I was at sleep away camp for most of pride month and therefore did not have my phone so I thought I could do this now. I’m really late to the party but I’ll take the ones I find the most fun and do them!
1. My pronouns are they/them and I fall under the non binary and pan flags!
2. Somthing that makes me happy that relates to pride is not giving my dead name when asked my name at Starbucks or whatever
8. (yes I just skipped a bunch but I’m doing the highlights) Montero on repeat
10. Flamboyant and rainbows all year round as well as constant gay jokes
13. When I started wanting to be in a relationship with women (I’m afab)
14. KORRASAMI!!!!! It’s canon and I love how it’s written in the graphic novels.
15. When Shiro finds his happiness! It was unexpected to me as a kid but as someone who was struggling with sexuality it made me so happy
21. Manila Luzon! As a queer part Filipino she is so cool to me! Also Kim Chi because the first time I saw their name I laughed and then started to learn what drag was!
29: Two years ago I went to pride for the first time with one of my best friends and although I couldn’t dress up or bring stuff home as I wasn’t out to my dad or my grandparents who I would have to see later, I still had the time of my life and I remember walking down the street where the daytime pride festival was held and seeing a half naked drag queen and thinking that this whole thing would be fucking radical
30. The future of pride? Me! I’m a teenager and I know that me and all my queer friends are the future of pride!
Well, well, well, will you look at that? It’s Pride again.

Fuck with your teachers. Claim you are immortal as there is no proof you are not. You have not died yet therefore you cannot.
