I am not mad that hermione is black and that dumbledore is gay, in fact, i would have love to KNOW that while reading the books. I feel like JK Rowling wanted to be praised for being progresive and decided to say they were, when she didnt do anything for representation whatsoever. In order to represent the lgbt or poc comunity you have to, you know, REPRESENT THEM. Kids shouldnt have to look it up on interviews or find about it on the internet
